My favorite breakfast place! So wish there was one where I actually live.
Our waiter was excellent. The foods we chose were excellent: BLT-A, and pecan banana pancakes. All excellent!!!
Worst pancakes I have ever had and kitchen made mistake with order. I was happy with service and manager's response to my complaint.
Hey Another Broken Egg Cafe, I was getting my hopes up high for their Cinnamon Roll French Toast. The issue I had with my dish was that it was too heavily sweet. I’m usually a sweets person but this was a no for me. My other sides that came with my dish were cooked perfectly. Service could be better. Depending on who you get matters. Our waitress too way too long to take our order when it wasn’t a busy day. Overall, I would like to come back to try another meal.
Served bad crab in my Floridian omelet. REALLY regretting eating some questionable-tasting crab at brunch yesterday. I should have sent it back on that first sour bite, but (I'm sure many can relate) I didn't want to make anyone's job more difficult. I am SO SICK right now from eating about half of it.
I ordered pancakes from this place and (it was ordered through Grubhub). Minutes later I got my food and I get no pancakes instead they give me a deep fried egg. I’m never ordering from this place again!
Had an enjoyable get together. They were very accommodating for our large group. Our server, Derrick, was outstanding! The place was packed, but he remembered what everyone ordered.
Waitress was horrible. Attitude from the time she approached the table. Took food over an hour to come out says she forgot to press send and it got deleted. Came back and retook all orders over had to wait again..
Friendly attentive staff, delicious poached eggs and omelets, wonderful coffee and orange juice, affordable prices, comfortable seating, not with only chairs and tables, a nice place to study for college, and meeting friends.
This week we visited IHOP, Denny's, and Another Broken Egg twice.. probably will only be returning here.. very friendly staff and food was always on point.. best fruit in town

Me and my daughter went here for my birthday breakfast and it was delicious like always! Our server was super friendly and took great care of us! There was a slight wait before we got our table but our wait wasn't as long as some other people's. Tip - always get online on the website and join the waitlist BEFORE leaving your house, that helps to reduce the wait time drastically!!
Definitely worth the price. Large servings and things you never see on any other menu
For our first time here it was a definite five star! Food and atmosphere was fantastic 👌
This is our first visit at this location in Shreveport. We've been to the one in Austin and Charleston. This location must be new and still working on seating tables and getting food out. The food was good. Waitress was a mess. We love collecting the mugs. Hopefully, this location will work out the service bugs.
Not understanding the check in feature if no text is going to be received. I was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait for my party of 2 and after waiting over an hour, we go to check how much longer the wait would be only to be told we’re 4th in line and no estimated time could be given. Another hour goes by and still no text was received and in fact, our seats had been given to someone else. Mind you it is 1:30 at this point and they are about to close. Would recommend if you have 2+ hours you want to waste.
Went for an anniversary brunch waited an hour only to be told that we were 4th in line. I called an hour later to figure out why we hadnt been seated in the 2 hours we were waiting and their response was " someone else must have taken you reservation" no recourse was given for the 2 hours wasted
I Placed a to go order for shrimp and grits. I was told it was only take 20 minutes for food to be ready. I probably got there 30 minutes later. And still had to wait a hour after my arrival cause my food never was made. I received two complimentary cards for my wait. Fast forward, I placed a to go order to use one one of the complimentary cards. I was told food would be ready in 20 minutes. Hour later after order was placed food still not ready.
We loved the people at the bar where we sat. They were awesome. But the food was sub par at best. Everything was cold. We did not have time to send back as we had an appointment. We thought we had plenty of time but took a full hour to get food. I'm sorry but just unacceptable. But again the staff was super nice and friendly. Reason I rated them high. I know food can be good there but not this time. Swing and a miss.
