Not only do I see the owner on most of my trips with the biggest smile on his face talking to customers. Every staff member I have encountered has been so helpful and friendly. As someone who drinks a lot of coffee I like to try different combinations and flavor profiles. The staff is always willing to answer my questions and help me build my perfect coffee every time. It's always a pleasure stopping by this PJs.

This coffee shop has a great choice of coffees. They also have beignets that are as good or better than Cafe Du Monde or Morning Call. We were very impressed!
