Literally the worse drive thru EVER. Employee was soooooo rude. She is so unhappy working there.
Nice coffee shop. Be aware that they offer more than coffee and pastry, as they do have a full menu. It's quiet and it opens early. It's convenient to a number of hotels.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The woman at the drive through asked me a few times to repeat myself on what I wanted. I specifically said I wanted honey butter with my biscuit. She replied rudely " I heard you the first time." When I got to work, surprise surprise there was none on it. I called the manager because frankly this is a very expensive biscuit. She replied rudely "What do you want me to do about it" She said "I can give you some honey butter" Um excuse me ma'am, but I am calling you so obviously I am not at the place. She said that next time "Be more specific." I told her I don't know how to be more specific than what I was. The whole team over there seems to be very rude, but obviously the manager sets the tone for the place. On top of everything, they don't feel like it is worth it to update their menu with their prices and put a little sign at the window after you have ordered. You feel like it is acceptable to charge your customers more, but not be transparent with your prices on the actual menu.... Clearly, this establishment does not truly care about their customers.

Was visiting N.O and was told about this place. I ordered via drive through. Was charged almost $3 more at window. When I asked about difference in price, the young lady said “ Yeah it cost too much for them to redo the menu board so the price increases aren’t reflected “. Contacted the business email and never got follow up. Shady business practice.
I love their coffee, especially the Frozen Caramel Macchiato! The staff is extremely friendly and the service is quick.
The prices on the menu are a complete lie. Extremely overpriced. It's a shame because the food is actually VERY good and fresh, and the workers give good service. Update your signage instead of bait-and-switch business practice.
Had a decent latte but as other reviews stated the "market pricing" is insane. The menu pricing for my order (brunch + drinks) should have been around $28 after tax and ended up coming out to $41. Zero transparency and incredibly predatory business practices.

Menu prices are nowhere near correct, in store or online. Signage in the store says it’s too difficult to update menu prices, but there’s no excuse to keep from updating prices online. For instance, a cold brew is over $2 more than listed menu price.
I love the coffee, pastries, and environment here. Haven't tried the actual food yet but I suspect it's great. The manager Dara is amazing and they always welcome me in with a smile. Definitely stop here for some morning Joe and a marble muffin

I will start by saying the food is nice. But the problem is the games they are playing with the pricing. A business should advertise the correct price. If the prices have changed they should have it on the menu not a note to allow them to charge what they want. THEY ARE CHARGING WHATEVER THEY FEEL FOR THE DAY. I go here in the mornings, I had a receipt from Monday they charged me one price and the next day they charged another price. Do not trust them. As a matter of fact stay away from them until they put the correct menu up with the correct prices. They are not an honest company to do business with. There are other breakfast and lunch places in the area. The only way companies are going to stop predatory practices is if we as the public stop allowing bad business practices.
The older white lady w/ glasses is racist and rude. Doesnt greet black people.
