Was utterly disappointed after having great food and amazing service from our waitress, watching the owner, (Luke) belittle and speak disgustingly to his servers. Not only did he get in their face, mock their laugh, but stick his finger in one servers face as well. I will absolutely not be coming back and would hope no one supports a vile owner who speaks to people that way publicly. I can’t imagine how awful it is in private. No breakfast sand which is worth that.

The food is always fresh. Locally owned They always make sure you have what you need and there always friendly. Sorry no pics I don't think about taking pictures of my food. I didn't see this on the description below but there skillet potatoes O My Gosh you have to try them and there grilled chicken. I get the grilled chicken with my grits with cheese on top everytime I go. The chicken is season to protection and so moist.
We were very disappointed when we visited 4 years ago with friends. We gave them a new chance recently and were happy to see that they have changed the things around. The food tasted great, the wait staff was friendly and did what they can although they are short on help. The place was full of happy customers and even had a wait line. I hope they can hire more wait staff and cut down on the wait. Happily changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars! We will be back.
The food was delicious. They were short staffed so it was a little slow but completely understandable. The staff that was there were working their butts off and had a great attitude even with being busy! I ordered mine to go and it was ready in under 10 minutes. I ordered the shrimp Po boy and fried okra. Loved loved loved the poboy but the okra was a little bland but still good. I'll definitely be returning!!

A fantastic Cafe that has never failed to serve up good food and cozy experience. This is clearly a favorite in the neighborhood and for good reason, staff and owner want to provide the best customer service and manage to do it every time.
First time customer, I really love this place, the food options were perfect, especially breakfast. The prices are affordable and the vib inside takes me back to when times were a lot simpler.
This is one of the best breakfast restaurants in the area with a good selection and variety on the menu. They can be understaffed sometimes so a little patience is needed. Otherwise it's a good breakfast spot.
Went to this establishment this past Saturday. Food was good, service was horrible. It took 4-5 employees 20+ minutes to figure out who was serving our table. There were only 4 or so other tables being used, so not sure why it took almost an hour to get our food. About the time we get our food, one of the waiters removes the basket of jelly, which we would need for our breakfast. The ladies bathroom was out of toilet paper too. Not sure how that happens considering we were there in the morning. Seems like that would have been checked prior to opening that day. Another oddity was how they serve. Each item you order comes on its own plate. Neat, but a waste of time, energy, an effort. As they were adding plates to our table, we were sliding the contents off to our main plate, simply for room on the table. Each person would have ended up with 3-4 plates had we not done that. I bet whoever washes the dishes hates this. I don't mind if my eggs, hashbrowns, ham, and toast are on the same plate LOL.
Went for lunch one time, wasn’t impressed. I’ve heard their food is good, maybe for breakfast but “the side salad” was just iceberg on a plate basically, and not a lot of flavor in the meal I ordered. May try again but just wasn’t that impressed. Service was really good though!
Delicious food and alcoholic beverages. A lot of it is homemade, cooked fresh to to order, and arrives quickly!
The food is great,Luke is great. Really I’m giving this review based off of an employee that’s currently working there. I wish I knew her name but I’m sure if you’ve had her as a waitress you’ll know who I’m talking about. She’s young with dark hair and glasses. She’s very rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. She’s spoke about inappropriate things to me and my husband once..then the next time talked to us like a dog because the manager wasn’t in and decided to make a smart remark about the manager “not knowing what they were talking about”.We for one will not be back ever. I’m honestly shocked that family restaurants hire people like her to work. Luke is awesome and so is the other staff members ..just not her.
Excellent local food with pleasant employees! The build your breakfast sandwich was on point!
