Locally roasted and owned, delicious, good service
Awesome coffee, awesome service and truly delicious beignets!!
Great coffee, friendly staff. Quite comfortable atmosphere. Recommend.
Definitely not the best experience I've had with this company the staff wasn't exactly rude they just seemed as if they didn't really want to deal with customers, my order wasn't right, and also I watched my drink sit there for about 10 mins until they let me know it was mine they forgot to let me know....
I guess they’re not used to people so late I. The day. Coffee tasted a bit old/burnt. They were a bit rushed/can’t be bothered.
If I could give this PJs 0 stars I would. It is by far the worst PJs Coffee I have ever tasted.
I always have a great experience at PJ's in Destrahan!!! The staff is always smiling and friendly..
I dig PJS, but this is the first location I've experienced where I was directly asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I always do, and I did in this encounter, but the individual who served me appeared completely unaware of how awkward a moment that can turn into. Perhaps the etiquette of the service landscape has changed, and I missed it. Also, more to be expected from a McDonald's than PJ's drive thru, I was unable to speak my entire order before the person felt the need to cut me off with questions mid-order. It would make sense (one might think) to let a person finish, and if any uncertainty remains about what order was placed, make sure what's ordered and what is heard match up. I guess my previous experiences with PJs has spoiled me to a degree because this encounter seemed to be the exception rather than the rule of what I've grown accustomed to.
This is really hard for me to write as I used to go here almost daily for the same drink. Lately I’m torn about trying any given day to get the coffee I once considered a treat. The consistency is gone. There have been so many times I go and I’m disappointed with the iced mocha. No matter who makes your drink, new or not, I think it should be the same. The price has gone up which I understand, but paying $6 for a drink that I probably won’t end up drinking is something I can’t do. There has to be a way for everyone to be on the same page when it comes to these drinks. I’d love to return if I knew I would get the iced mocha I used to get, but it’s hard to go and be disappointed and know I wasted my money, yet again….
Good 👍
Everything says opens at 6:00 am on Sunday. They are of course closed, with employees telling me they can’t serve me until 7:00 am. Don’t trust the times listed for this site. If in a rush get gas station coffee!
Not very friendly.
Should not have drive thru. Coffee and breakfast feels rushed and without the normal care I'm used to from PJ's.
We waited in the drive thru and no one came to the window. We decided to go inside and the worker didn’t come to take our order. She saw us yet didn’t acknowledge us. She continued to do whatever she was doing in the back room. Needless to say, we left.
This PJs used to be so good! But someone needs to step it up the orders are always wrong, you wait in line like 20 minutes and some workers have been so rude! And please look at the granita machine they are never made right...
Slow but great service and quality
What is going on at this pjs location lately! I live in the neighborhood and come here daily and for the last 2 weeks its been terrible...this is the 3 time in 2 weeks I've had to leave the drive thru because I sit for 20 minutes without moving at all! This is my only coffee spot omw to work and I've had to go without because I don't have half an hour to kill in the drive thru? What happened to the morning crew during the week I loved them bring them back please!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through and ordered a large king cake velvet ice and a large caramel iced coffee. When I got to the window I confirmed that I ordered larges. They gave me mediums and the velvet ice was filled about a quarter of the way with actual coffee and the rest was like foam and whipped cream and didn’t taste like anything other than coffee. The iced coffee I got was practically just milk and there was no caramel taste or anything. It was gross. I wouldn’t make a big deal but I tipped 30% and welp. That’s disappointing.
I went here and the girl didn’t even know what black coffee is, she didn’t even get the order fully right and the latte came out scolding! It took forever in line. Halloween morning shift. Just saying if you don’t know what black coffee is why are you working at a coffee shop.
The granita machine was broken for months. They aren't clear about their hours. Often out of other items. Supposedly the baristas aren't paid fairly. I have better luck with River Road Coffee house.
