Coffee was great, food was good, service was decent.
The food was great. The servers ... Especially the barista were rude. Artic ice coffee tasted like water. That was a waste of money..regular food was.on point though
These restaurants always serve top-notch food, and their exceptional service adds a pinch of special flavor. You know, Heather, the assistant manager, totally steals the show. And oh, the coffee here? It's the secret ingredient to my gym routine. 😉
Abita Roasting will always have a special place in my heart because of the people I met there. All of my coworkers, well……..most… were truly a joy to be around. Special Mentions to Jaci, Joseph, Zach and Mia, Zoie, Dylan, Gabby, Jesse, Dawson, Trinity, Noah, Noah with the long hair, Jessica, Mitchel, Annika, Liberty, Julia, Heather, Nick, Savannah, Beau, Jade, Brittany, Blake and Ian, Blake and Karley, that one barista with the cool pants, Evan, Eric (just kidding), Josh, Andrew, Jaiden, Sierra, Liv, Abrianna, LeAnn, Amelia, Gabby 2, Etienne, Sarah, Abbie, Cassie, Sean and his glasses that made everyone eyeballs huge when they wore them, Nathan, Caliyah, Danielle, Destanie, Alleigh and dare I say Peyton. Oh! The girl with the pants was valerie! Cameron and her brother, Malorie, okay okay its getting out of hand now but if I worked with you then just assume you made my experience hecka enjoyable. And a special shout-out to all of the wonderful families I got to serve. Aside from the mid food, Abita roasting was one of my favorite jobs on planet earth and I still visit them all the time. Now that Jaci is gone though I will probably visit a little less, lol. I’m sure most of us will. She was truly a light and could always put a smile on everyone’s face. Abita roasting is filled with so many of my memories and will always have a special place in my heart #justice4joe
Good, dependable food at a very reasonable price. The drive-thru is TOO convenient... Never disappointed!
Bought some coffee, had it ground and brought it home. Atmosphere was a pleasant surprise
The food and coffee are good but would I wait 25+ minutes for it on my way to work while the employees are moving at turtle speed? Nah go somewhere else if you don’t have time to kill
Always a good meal when we dine at Abita Roasting Co. You can't go wrong with friendly service and great food.
The food here is decently good, but the service is ridiculous. We were told it would take 15 - 20 minutes for our order. 30 minutes later and they give us our food, but it’s the wrong order. No big deal. 40 minutes and they give us the right order but don’t give us the money back for the food we didn’t order. 50 minutes later and we finally get our food and can leave. This isn’t just a one time occurrence, this happens EVERY time we come here. Something is ALWAYS messed up, or it always take much longer than the time we were told. If you don’t have any plans for the rest of the day, feel free to come and enjoy the food, but not the service.
Casual eatery. Quick and attentive service. Wide selection of different foods so that everyone can find something, no matter their diet. Their food is always good portions and pretty consistent in terms of quality. And they offer all sorts of specialty coffee drinks which is nice for breakfast or if you need a pick me up during the day. Their version of huevos rancheros is so good- they use a cornbread-like pancake as the base. Delicious! They do have a drive through as well, which is pretty convenient and quick (I’ve only used once during lunch time).
Not entirely sure what has happened, they are understaffed, utensils aren't cleaned, floors are dirty and sadly this was my favorite breakfast place. Maybe if management was present they can turn it around. 🤔
Off the beaten path in covington Louisiana, but we'll be worth the stop after a hike or bike on the tammamy trail!
First time in for coffee and a scone. Fast, friendly service.
This is the 2nd time I've been here and it was at least an hour and a half lunch. First time it took almost 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken. This time it wasn't as long but at least 45 minutes after we ordered food that we received it and it wasn't very busy, maybe 1/2 of the tables seated. The food is pretty good but I wouldn't say amazing and worth the wait. I did have a bloody mary the first time I went and I would say it was very good and that made the wait more worth it, but this time my water was refilled twice before our food came.

The coffee was amazing as was the service. The atmosphere is great for relaxing and enjoying your drink or food. I will definitely be back when I'm kid free again to relax here again

This is a take out review. So the food was really good. They make some good breakfast. Got the spicy omelet, sausage and gravy, Kids pancake Stop by and try it out. I will say the take out service was lacking. We have ordered multiple times and something is always missing from our order. Check your order everytime. Tip after.
Great place to go to, food was very good and a great staff was serving, friendly people. Will be going back there.
