The worse place I've been too. Was checking out, the guy tells me the total and turns his back to me and I'm standing there with the money in my hand for a moment. When he finally turns around he takes the cash and I'm looking for the change in my wallet and he ask me if I have 26 cents and proceeds to tell me that if I have another dollar he's not taking it. I'm sorry but what? Never in my life have I had an experience like this. Never again will I stop. I will drive a hour thirsty before I ever stop again.
Lazy workers don't want to do any work so every time I've come the bathroom is always locked and they're all sitting outside not doing anything
Worst RaceTrac I’ve been to. Every time I come to this location, the men’s bathroom is roped off. Always filthy as well, inside and out.
Place is never open! I showed up at 9:00 pm and all the doors were locked. This happens all the time.
Went for gas and pizza. My daughter wanted a slice of pizza so I had to reach back to cut a slice in which the rude worker told manager that kills her because they came out at the same time. I’m sorry I thought they all need to be sold. She don’t have to let it kill her. Diabetes is what will kill her. I then call the store and tell the manager it was rude and she says I’m talk to her. You was right along with her.
Cheap gas
Stores work better when you open them on time, just saying.
Never open early in the morning or in the evenings… Just know you force people to go elsewhere for convenience! You’re not a convenience store/gas station or 24 hrs so change your signs, it’s false advertising, lying, deceptive… to state your store is 24 hrs when it’s not… never going here again…

Card readers on pumps are always broken and way to often yellow bags are on the pump handles out of gas
Not open 24hrs lucky if they are open at 4:00. Workers will be right in front the window and ignore people standing at the locked door. This is a regular occurrence.
I have never in my life order a pizza with no sause and them tell me it's aginst there policy to make it like that. Well they just lost my business
I usually prefer a Race Trac over other convenience stores. But today, on my way to work, I passed up everything in Baton Rouge to come here. Doors are locked because they are receiving a bread delivery?? Really?! You could at least put a sign on the door. Not to mention, have more folks working. You know when deliveries come in.
Went there Saturday night around 1:30am to get beer. The lady working the food section told the cashier checking me out not to sale me that. The cashier and I both looked confused. She kept yelling across the store “we can’t sale that too you”..I was embarrassed so I didn’t ask why and the cashier was confused too. I went down the street and bought my beer…
Only open half of the time
I’ve been here a couple of times after midnight and even though someone is present working, nobody bothers to service. If it’s not 24 hrs then just state it like every other place that closes, but if it is then adhere to the hours
I guess they close when they feel like it!! Says 24 hours but doors are locked with team members inside doing nothing!
Every time I go here the building is locked and none of the attendants even acknowledge that I knocked.
