Changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. The owner Sara reached out and apologized for my son's birthday cake and offered me a full refund. I am very thankful for the customer support. Thank you! Very disappointed. Ordered a birthday cake that was supposed to be a VW hippie van. Looked nothing like van. A van is rectangular and not a square. I paid $98.54 for this? Won't be a repeat customer.
I had a lord of the rings themed birthday party and the cake I had ordered was far beyond my expectations. The amount of detail alone was worth the price. But add to it the most, delicious cake and the friendly customer service and it made for the best experience I could have had. I would gladly pay for it again. Support your local businesses!
I have tried this business’ baked goods three times, and unfortunately I was disappointed each time. I kept trying thinking that maybe it was just a fluke or a bad day in the bakery, but unfortunately, it seems the consensus is not good. I have tried their cookies, cupcakes, and pastries, and all of them were incredibly dry and lacking flavor. The cupcakes tasted like grease, and were very dry and crumbly, and the icing tasted like pure sugar. I was very sadly disappointed. Honestly, I’m still hoping that it was just a fluke, since there are so many good reviews, but I just don’t see how I could manage to go on a bad day every time, in the span of two years.
Their birthday cakes are moist and taste even better. We’ve ordered a Naruto & Post Malone cakes. They both turned out adorable. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Ordered many lattes and baked goods from here many times over the past year. Everything has been excellent with friendly staff who are a delight to chat with. Cozy atmosphere inside for a lunch date. They change cupcake flavors (keeping classic vanilla and chocolate) weekly so you can get some variety. They also put out different pastries which is awesome. I have tried cupcakes, cinnamon rolls (best I've ever had!),cookies, macarons, sandwiches, soup, Italian soda, and lattes. All are amazing. Best place in winchester for a sweet treat. They have something for everyone
Everything I've tried here, has been delicious, I was surprised at the variety also with them serving sandwiches and soups. I'm hooked and now we go at least once a week

Update: 2022. I have to change my 2 star review to 5. I don't know if the coffee has improved, but their food items are out of this world, especially the croissant sandwiches. Service is always amazing. Lattes are usually watery or taste scorched; even with flavor added they are bland and bitter. I'm giving 2 stars because the cake pops are wonderful.
A nice small shop. Not a lot of choices, but what I bought was qoite tasty. I hope the community helps this local, independent business grow.
I ordered cupcakes to be delivered as a gift. Sara was more than accommodating. She offered details over the phone, assisted me with recommendations, and personally delivered the delicious variety of cupcakes locally. I highly value the service I received, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you again 🙂
The very best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Cupcakes were delicious. You will have to try this place.

Ordered a cake on Friday for my child's birthday.Picked up this evening. Cake was very dry and tatesless. I did not received the cheesecake strawberry cake that the worker suggested and I ordered. I received a standard white cake. if I wanted a standard white cake I would have gone with Kroger or Walmart ( which I didn't for this reason).

Egg croissant was delish, and so were the cupcakes! Great little lunch spot.
Chicken salad was ok, but for the meal price, it was reasonable but the cupcake was to die for!
Happy to have found a local place that has croissants! We've really enjoyed the breakfast items and the coffees! The drive-thru wait is a bit lengthy but it is worth the wait.
I went to this store in search of a very specific item they advertise on their social media pages and have listed on their menu board. Each time, I visited during a different time of day/week and each time the item was unavailable. I wouldn't normally be bothered by the unavailability of a product if I hadn't spent a total of 30 minutes(all 3 trips) in the drive-thru just to find that what I wanted wasn't even available. Please either allow patrons to enter your store or update your drive-thru service so that people's time won't be wasted. Or don't, it doesn't matter to me because my time will not be wasted again by this establishment.
