Would absolutely love to give five stars but the forced $20 wristband for the attractions(even if you just want to do the carousel) makes me reconsider.. love going for the produce, dressings, strawberry patch and plants, but now w a two year old and not being able to just purchase a carousel ticket it's kind of depressing. Not paying $40, bc I would have to help her, so makes me not want to go since the tot knows it's there and that would be the most fun. Individual ticket prices should be considered seeing as how it's a common compalint.

Positives: Animals looked well cared for, lots of fun stuff to do. Negatives: Kind of pricy, wouldn’t let me help my 3 year old on the carousel since I didn’t buy a wrist band which I thought was dumb. No slides for younger kids/toddlers.

Very nice place to go during the Halloween season. I try to make a trip here each year when my schedule permits. Extremely nice people and a lot for the family and children to do. Be prepared to walk and pick some of the biggest pumpkins you've ever seen!

It's great because most of the activities are covered by the purchase of one wrist band per participant.

This is by far the best place to take the whole family for the best intersection of Kentucky & Autumn (actually any season) ‼️ Everyone will have a blast... kids and grown-up kids alike... not a single bored person on the farm.. you will want to make this your destination several times throughout the year and in all of the seasons year after year‼️ They also have food and treats galore...the food trucks offer a fantastic variety. They have a superb venue (with a kitchen) for any special occasion you might have... so get your crew together and plan to spend a full day.... I promise you'll leave with a full heart with tons of pictures and memories that will last a lifetime...perfectly located in the heart of Shelby County, just 30 minutes from Louisville, and 45 minutes from Lexington 🌾🍂🍁🍂🌾🍂🍁🍂🌾🍂🍁🍂🌾

The Farm was hoping on a beautiful Fall Sunday afternoon. Very busy! But that did not prevent us from having any fun. Lines were a little long, but things moved very quickly; from the hayrides to the pumpkin patches, to the haunted house, and the massive slide. Nothing had too long of a wait. This is a fun, family oriented place to enjoy in the Fall months, if not all year around.

My 2 year old and her cousin absolutely loved it. A lot for toddlers to do and great for adults as well. We had a marvelous day there!

They treat their customers well and its a beautiful farm. My family and I went for the sunflower festival and then pumpkin picking and corn maze. I'm giving four stars instead of five because the attractions are only open on weekends and it is usually SO crowded. Also, their prices have nearly doubled since last year. I love it here, but weekends only for most of the stuff my kids want to do is a huge drawback.

This was a nice place for the children It was spacious, not crowded like Huber's. Be prepared to walk a distance in from the parking area to the events areas. There were good trucks for dining, there are lines but they move at a acceptable pace. The only thing that I did not like is that you pay to get in and receive a bracelet for entrance to the rides, activities and other stuff, which in is fair, however at least three of these attractions were not open. The haunted house, ane two other attractions were not open. The price should be adjusted when all the attractions are not open That's just my opinion.

Despite being busy, the lines were not too bad. I completely understand inflation is the reason behind the $20 wristband; however, in comparison to other pumpkin patches we have experienced in the past, I found Gallrein Farms to be a bit underwhelming for the price. We had fun, though.

Family seemed to have a good time. Couple things were disappointing, like the petting zoo.... Only about 4 goats remotely close to pet, and we did see one alpaca. Other than that it was basically a ghost town of animals. Also, I understand due to the crowd, but we stood in line AFTER we had ordered, for 45 minutes waiting on a funnel cake and 2 nachos. Thats some info you need to tell people before you take their money. Also, we purchase 3 bottled waters you said were in the cooler...... They were in there, but was no ice at all and all bottles were hot. Thats great on a hot day! We did take a hayride to the pumpkin patch which was nice. All in all, was something to do out of the house. Probably would not go back, but it was ok.

The farm has lots to do, the downfall was some of the attractions were closed and there was zero interaction with any farm personnel. It felt a little strange to head out the the pumpkin patch without any guidance, shop the store without and greetings... that sort of thing.

It was all fun and laid out well. The only problem was the lines for the food trucks! They were ridiculous. Now I know it's notal to blam on the owners but maybe try to get more food vendors or open up the Cafe for food. All in all it was a great experience for all of us in the end and will definitely be going back again
