Prohibition Coffee is one of Appalachia’s many hidden gems. From the unique atmosphere, drinks, and friendly staff… it truly is a must-see in Salyersville… plus I’ve never EVER had a more delicious slice of cheesecake or Frappuccino in my life.
The coffee is delicious, staff is super friendly and fun, and the atmosphere is very inviting. The owner is super cute too. 😊

We ordered two coffees, they were delicious!! Way better than McDonald's but they were not made correctly and we're missing add ons we paid for. Both drinks costed 5.50 each for a small! That's higghhh! Also one of the workers had to be asked by another to get up and help with orders because she was just laying on the couch. It's not a welcoming environment as it feels like a lounge area for the staff and not customers. It's odd feeling to go in a business to order and all the staff is laying around like they are just teens hanging out lol don't get me wrong they are all sweet and lovely to do business with but it doesn't feel like doing business anywhere else lol.

Dessert was great unfortunately another place that has no idea how to steam milk. Milk will scalding hot and burnt

Prohibition Coffee is a must even if you are driving through Salyersville. Great coffee selections and some delicious desserts. If you like espresso try it cold and upside down, definitely a winner in my book. Check out the very cooly designed interior or swing through the drive through for a tasty treat!
Had an americano, perfectly made. Price was very reasonable too, cheaper than other larger shops. 5/5.
