Had a great dreamsicle smoothie with protein after a workout. Really hit the spot
Kim is absolutely amazing, kind,caring and so helpful. She has a true knowledge of nutrition. She not only supports her community but supports each customer on their health path and goals. She has the best prices and selection on your protein needs.
I ordered a smoothie that would help with sinuses/congestion. The owner suggested adding spirulina and sea moss to the smoothie and it was excellent!
I stopped by for an almond joy protein smoothie, which was amazing. I was given some white chocolate peppermint cold brew to share with my coworkers and WOW, it was even more amazing!! So delish as is and didn’t need any creamer. Highly recommend!
The Korey with a K is by far one of the very best smoothies I have ever had. From feeling down and sad to up and glad. Not to be dramatic but it made all of my wildest dreams come true. Packed with all the good stuff to make my mind and body feel all so hopeful and joyous andddd it taste so very scrumptious *chefs kiss*. Needless to say, it did the trick. If i could give it 10 stars i would. 10/10 Would recommend!
Amazing smoothies with a fantastic kick!
I am completely new to my new diet and I had so many questions and concerns. Kim was AMAZING she took her time to help me and explain all I needed to know and she also showed me how amazing these smoothies and teas are . I got a spinach and protein smoothie and the flavor she added amazing !! My tea is blueberry and also amazing !! All sugar free!!! I'm blown away!! I will be back!! And I will suggest this place to anyone and everyone . This place deserves 10 stars !! Thank you again !!
Do yourself a favor and stop by this amazing place! Every flavor of smoothie is delicious and refreshing, especially with this crazy heat. There's so much to enjoy here, from local art to homemade soaps and journals. You can even pick up treats for your pets! I love going here and am so thankful Kim has a place like this in Paducah. Her business even supports a local nonprofit, so your money is going to a good place AND you're making a healthy choice. Nothing but a win here.
We LOVE Nutrition Zone! So thankful that Kim brought a place like this to Paducah. 32 calorie Christmas tree cakes, uh yes please! Also has amazing smoothies made from fresh ingredients, teas, meal prep options, grab and go healthy meals, and tons more. There’s nothing in the area that’s even remotely close to NZ. The best! MUST go.

Just had a delicious nutritious lunch for the Chip Wynn Motors crew!! The wraps were "outta this world" great! The grilled chicken pasta was soooo good too! I had a grilled chicken quesadilla yesterday for lunch that was great AND healthy along with a pineapple/banana smoothie . Y'all need to support this restaurant and it's hard-working owner Kim Yates! Tell her "Darlin" sent ya!

This is such a CUTE shop that has TONS of yummy, nutritional options. The owner is so sweet and very knowledgeable. They also have a cute loft upstairs :)
Kim is the best! She really talks with you to make sure you pick the best shake/option for you. She makes it such a personable experience, and the shakes are SO YUMMY!
