My husband and I ate at colbys 9n Fri 10/28. It was delicious. I had porkchops my husband had prime rib. Food was very good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return

I 100% recommend the Italian sub it is the best local sub shop in my opinion. They have so much other stuff too like soups and sandwiches and they have amazing cookies. Outside seating. Great music. Amazing sub/deli shop I can not wait to come back here

Friendly service and food was good. -1 star for the price (a little inflated for what you get) and it's not easily handicap accessible (tables too close together for a wheelchair to pass through).

Great little cafe. Reuben and a cup of soup were delicious. Staff was friendly. First time guests get a free cookie!
I visited Colby's for the first time today and had the loaded potato soup and muffuletta sandwich. My meal was amazing and went well with the cold and rainy day. The staff was very kind, attentive and you even get a free cookie for being a first time customer. I will definitely be returning to Colby's the next time I'm in Owensboro.
A jewel of a restaurant tucked away in a quiet part of an otherwise busy area of town. A wide selection of offerings for a reasonable price, and accommodating to a variety of diets. The staff is super friendly and nice, and the food is delicious!
Colby’s has delicious food and excellent customer service. My girlfriend and I came here and were blown away by the friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and friendly employees. Definitely coming back on a regular basis! P.S. the biscuits and gravy are great.

This is a fantastic joint that is extremely popular with the locals. I noticed the staff knew a lot of people by name, and what their usual order was. The sandwiches are spectacular, and the house made cookies are delicious. Great place to stop for lunch.

HIGHLY recommend this place. The food is fantastic enough to stand on its own, but the friendly, inviting atmosphere really takes it over the top.
