Great and helpful staff. Low prices. Candy,snacks,beer, and other things are all there.
Boy has this place gone down hill within the last year… employees force self checkout because “they’re short on cash” not only that but half of their drinks and energy drinks are constantly out of stock.
Fire the lady that works night shift and is disrespectful to black customer's can't believe y'all cool with that
Why enforce self checkout if I still have to wait for an attendant to purchase tobacco, alcohol, or lottery
When the Fried Squirrel is just put out, it is fantastic ! But if its been there a while, get an extra packet of sauce. You will need it... Also the Cashier with the Sock Puppet is grwat with kids.

Very friendly staff. Clean organized store. Well kept bathrooms too! Best price on gas and plenty of snack and drinks to fill you up when you're hungry and thirsty. Close to the expressway and easy to get in and put of! Can always coubt on them being open when otbercplaces are closed! 👍🐝👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊💜💙💚💛🐝💛
Great place for me to gas up & get snacks before work. My only problem is the new young lady that works evenings. She doesn’t communicate with the customer, it’s just her hand out & change is given. Her attention always seems to be elsewhere. Very awkward. When she does speak, it’s when her friends is in or she’s on the phone with a lot of foul mouthed language flying. This is something a customer shouldn’t have to endure on every visit.
I work the a late shift, and I wanted to stop in for some beer and chips. I guess I was not allowed to as the lobby doors were locked around 1:50 am. No clerk came to the door. No one gave me a reason. I guess a 24 hour service station is in name only. Thornton's, obviously doesn't want my business, so they'll never get it. Of course, they'll come back with some boilerplate, legalese response instead of just telling the truth.
Every time I come to this location and this older woman is working she locks the store and claims to be on break for “15 minutes” and is very rude
If you want to be treated like trash and this is the place to go girl behind the counter was just sitting there holding up the counter bad-mouthing customers as they walked in the store very rudely that there was told by an employee that was cleaning the Grill and Food area the bathroom was closed for cleaning what a joke
Not customer busy. No receipt at pump. Went inside to the lone cashier telling someone on phone a FU and then hung up. Guess their night is busy.
Was using the men's bathroom and had to listen to the girl cleaning talk about how bad she hated white people and how nasty we are. I guess go back to the hood and be with your own?
You have to wait to put in rewards after they completely ring you up or it doesn't take. And even then you can't get them to let you put it in and they advertise sale but charge full and shrug when you tell them it's not right.
No soap in bathrooms even at the hadsink by coffee machines also bathroom has water all over floor

The little skinny brown haired manager is horrible at the morning food! The food is never ready and she just starees at people in the store. Needs new management. This place has more bad reviews then good!!
Went in to get gas at Thorntons at Factory ln, prepaid for gas got charged for something I DID NOT get went back in to get it corrected to find out there's no manager. Andrew who was working said he could not refund my money because no manager there. This is sad I guess thorntons has shareholders they must please so they have found the best way to take your money and not give it back. Sorry no manager here, so sad.
