I absolutely love Scooter’s Coffee
I always go to scooters over other chains, the coffee is good and the service is QUICK! Really appreciate it on my way to work.
Atmosphere is N/A. Drive thru coffee stand. Outstanding staff always friendly.
Mannnn I am gone off this place .. my son brings me a large mocha frappe and waffle breakfast sandwich every morning.. I thought nothing compared to Starbucks But Baaaaby then Scooters came along… Keep up the Awesomeness .🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
Scooters: I'm giving a 4 star for Scooters as a whole. I actually give Scooters a 5 star because I think they offer better options for us picky people. I love that they have the redbull infused drinks, and their cinnamon rolls are amazing and warm. Taste: I've been here about 5 times, and only one time, my coffee tasted like old milk or cream, possibly. It could have been a weird flavor, but I get my hot coffee made the same way at all coffee places and even here. My fiance hasn't ever had an issue with his drinks. He gets frappes and mochiatos. Service: The customer service here has usually been good. They don't rush me, but I know one of the times I asked if I could have vanilla flavoring in my drink. She plain out just give me a no. It was awkward silence for a second, and then she went on to explain they were out. Customer service wise, it could've been a little friendlier, but maybe they are just learning the way of the world.
Could be a little sweeter, but overall pretty good hazelnut latte!
Aaahhhhhh always satisfying. I love when they take your order and they end it with “Scoot on around, to pick up your order”!!!!!
I love this place! So polite clean and always get my order right! My favorite coffee.
Great coffee, but expensive
This is what you get at Scooters. I visited the Poplar level Road store and ordered a large chai latte. They gave me a large cup that was barely half filled. I'm making sure that everyone I know in Louisville stays away from S otters.
Kind of expensive but their blended coffees are to die for so it’s worth it. The food isn’t anything special and also expensive. But 5 stars bcuz of the drinks!
First time here. I read on Yelp that they are amazing and quick. Welp, they were right! Once we got to the window, we sat there for approximately 40seconds total. The drinks were great! Better than that other place by far. Will be back.

doesnt let their staff wear jackets when its cold, forces them to lie when concerned customers ask why they are shivering. Scumbag company.
Nice coffee and good service
Normally fine, but if they get your order wrong you’re screwed. I tried calling and the phone doesn’t even ring, can’t even leave a message. I tried to go back through the line and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Don’t risk wasting your money here.
This location never seems to have milk alternatives…
I've only gotten coffee here in the drive-thru and it's always been delicious, without a wait. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Very friendly professional and prompt I love the Matcha tea...excellent...There baked good never cold warm and delicious 😋
