So good! Staff was friendly! We have a large family and they all wanted to try something different, it took some time to order(Thankfully no one was behind us) but the employee just smiled and waiting for us all to get what we wanted.
I ordered and paid $85 online for donuts for my kids' class birthday celebrations for pickup at 8:00pm. I started calling at 8 to let them know we were running a bit late, but no one ever answered. We arrived at 8:30 and the store was dark with not a soul in sight. The sign on the door (and online) says the lobby is open until 9 and drive thru until 10. I could see our boxes of donuts sitting on a table by the window. Why was no one there to give us our donuts?!? We were very disappointed.
Donuts were awesome! It was the customer service or lack of that I didn’t like. I bought 2 dozen regular glazed. Got my first box as I checked out. I was patient because it looked like the girl might have been training the boy working the register but after I paid there were about 5 kids working behind the counter and I just stood there waiting for the second dozen. If they were busy I understand but they were playing, flirting back and forth, being loud and then finally someone said to the kid being the loudest most obnoxious, she needs the other dozen. Oh yeah, he walks over puts them in a box and puts them on the counter without saying a word.
I made it there when the fresh doughnut light was on. My nephews loved them.
Went to this location to get doughnuts for my daughters birthday. There was an offer online to buy one dozen get a dozen glaze for free but kept glitching online. Went into the store at 6:30 not one customer. The kitchen staff member was sitting down and one worker was by the register, jessica, she said it was online only and several people have complained of glitches nothing she can do. Lack of care seemed to want people to not order. This is the first time I have left a review but every time I have been in this location the customer experience has been lack luster for sure.
Donuts are always good, when they’re open… showed up during there hours and closed
I go to this Krispy Kreme location often, at least once a week. The workers there are so much friendlier than the Bardstown Road location and they get you in and out in no time, and I don’t think I need to say anything about the Krispy Kreme doughnuts, they’re the best.
Not a clean table in the place. Donuts seemed old. Bathrooms dirty. 2☆ Because guy behind counter was helpful.
First time going this morning Horrible service Didn't get a recipt Coffee cup over loaded. Girl on window. Laughing for no reason.. First and Last time going there..
This location sucks. The people act like you are bothering them, the donuts are stale, even at opening. Go the extra 15 minutes to the Bardstown location. There, donuts and the customers are thier world.
This place is hit or miss. I've gotten same day but not fresh donuts, I've gotten fresh warm donuts, but today . . . Today I got stale 2 day old cold and hard donuts. I mean, for as expensive as they are, with all those fees, they shouldn't be cold or hard or taste like they've been sitting in the fridge for 2 days. So disappointed in today's order, I'm about ready to toss them in the garbage.
Arrived at 8:23 pm to pick up donuts for a friend and they had closed early - completely gone. It is supposed to close at 9 pm. Will not drive across town for them again. Dunkin is closer at is actually open til 9 pm.
I ordered a dozen glazed donuts this morning. I was disappointed when I bit into mine because the flavor tasted off. My granddaughter figured out later they were pumpkin spice. I guess i should have asked for regular glazed but this was my second visit and didn't think about different glazes. Other family members enjoyed them however.

It's Krispy Kreme. Great tasting donuts.
Needs staffing badly. Pickup order wasn't ready and Roger was making every excuse out loud on why he was late and why they didn't have orange juice for the doordash guy. Donuts are great--but service has been terrible the last few times. Other choices nearby that are more consistent.
Friendly service. Make sure to use the drive thru. I walked in and couldn't get help. Had to go through the drive thru.

Everyone loves donuts but me I love my Kreme filled ones & I went the day after Valentine’s Day got a dozen & 4 of them we’re supposed to be Kreme filled, they were shaped like a heart & none of the 4 had a single bite of Kreme filling in them!!! I deserve 4 regular Kreme filled honestly because that was a RIP OFF!! 😡😤
Donuts are great..always buy from Krispy Kreme.....
