I love this coffee shop. Several years ago I decided to switch from Starbucks to Heine Brother and it was the best decision ever. I’ve been coming to this location for at least a year now and they always make my coffee the same great way. That’s the main reason I keep coming.

Today I went through the drive thru and purchased a large iced coffee and four gift cards, each for the same amount. After I paid and applied the tip, I was told that next time, I should come in when purchasing large quantities of gift cards. I guess I would find this to be understandable if I was purchasing 10 gift cards or it was more complex where they were all different amounts, but there was literally no one behind me when I ordered. I would think that a company making close to $70 in the time it takes to make two drinks wouldn't act inconvenienced.
Heine bros near the flashcube bldg is awesome. The staff is nice and welcoming but they are often understaffed. My coffee is always made perfect. Unfortunately the egg bites are awful and literally stunk up the place They need a makeover and lower prices Steal the recipe from Starbucks Also think about a jalapeño bacon egg bites or scones They are getting rid of bacon cheddar scones BIG MISTAKE! 10 stars for the crew.
Coffee was with great taste and Vegan muffins are really good to taste cleanliness and ambience looks really good had my pleasure time over there
The guy working the drive through has zero customer service skills. When we pulled up to the drive thru, we asked for a moment to look at the menu. Instead of acknowledging that we asked that, he just went completely silent. I can get over that so we ordered, went to the window and still - zero customer service. Told us the total, never a smile, handed us our drinks and when we said, “thank you, have a great day,” we were only met with a smirk and zero acknowledgment. I won’t be visiting this location again. Will also add, we didn’t have a complicated order that could have frustrated the employee either: bee keeper cold brew with a shot of espresso and a caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso… pretty standard stuff.

i love heine brothers coffee. great drinks and amazing atmosphere, i can study here for hours. i was in this morning and it was as cold as it is outside in there. i had to leave after 30 or so minutes.

Heine Brothers is my favorite coffee spot. I most always get my usual, and the last 2 times I’ve been and got the same drink I alway get, it just did not taste the same. It was not just a little off, but WAY off. I think I will try a different coffee spot for awhile!!
