Usually go to Starbucks went to Heine this morning to switch things up. They didn't make my drink order the way I had asked no apologies then I get a drink half full. He says that's what I ordered. After re-making my drink he hands it to me no apologies or have a nice day's. The drink is way too sweet still not filled to the top as I asked. I drive away disappointed; I've wasted my money here. What I would really like is my money back because I will most likely throw this drink away but I am not going back there to interact with that staff again.
I liked the coffee, but maybe the barista was having a bad day or something, her attitude was off putting enough for me to say, I won't be coming back, even though I liked the coffee.
Pleasant staff. Coffee was fine, but the bagels were a let down. I was in a rush and ask for butter, which I didn’t get, plus i didn’t realize I would need to put my own cream cheese on. Not huge, but paid too much to make my own bagel.
Coffee on the patio coupled with cobbler from their neighbors. Yum, yum. Service was friendly and expedited.
everything is bussin. but website needs to have an actual menu.
Some of the best specialty coffees in town. Great roasts. Everything is always fresh. The menu is really great too. They have a few unique items that really set them apart. The coffee slushe style sink they make is excelente for a hot summer day.
Went through the drive-through to get a coffee coffee was good at service was nice.
Enjoy going here before work. The pastries are so consistently delicious. I would love to try everything they have. They treat even the smallest orders with care.
I've been going to Heine for 23 years when I am in town. Just as I was walking out an employee was putting stickers on the front door. They have a BLM sticker too. I don't shop at businesses that promote far left political groups and not even have an american flag with all the other stuff. Sorry,I am never returning.
Convenient coffee shop off I64. Friendly, clean space for meetings or just relaxing.
Not my favorite location but all heine brothers are good.
Literally the only coffee worth drinking here in louisville.
Always stop to get a Chai tea or latte when I can. Heine was pretty smooth. Forgot to get photos but has a good atmosphere and great service.
I purchased two $50 Gift cards at this location that were charge and cleared my account. Both Gift Cards do not work. I tried to get it corrected at the store, and I was given the Corporate number to get this resolved. The Corporate headquarters have not returned my calls.
Great company amazing staff delicious coffee and reasonably priced. You can't go wrong with this placeGreat company amazing staff delicious coffee and reasonably priced. You can't go wrong with this place
Absolutely love the whole vibe of this place!! Worth every penny and the trip.
I swung through for a black coffee, I saw that neat wooden framed sign that just screamed, “get something else, be cooler.” So I got a raspberry white mocha and a cinnamon roll. The white mocha, good but whatever. The cinnamon roll made me feel like my parents were proud of me. Like the cream cheese frosting hit my lips and I thought, wow, did Mike Tyson just punch my taste buds? Mike Tyson was a incredible boxer for reference. Heinie bros, thank you. I cancelled my next therapy appt because I accepted that there are good things in this world. That there is real world tangible pay offs to working hard, and that is this cinnamon bun. I love you.
The service was good but the taste of wint Jlup wasn't like the ones I had before in other locations
Most Heine Brothers locations are excellent and this location is as well. Heine Bros. is a Louisville and southern Indiana area coffee shop chain founded in 1994 that has approximately 19 stores. Many stores offer more seating options (including outdoor seating) than national rival Starbucks (though Starbucks has probably close to 3x as many locations in the area). Heine Bros. locations typically have what is described as a "funky" character and the company *only* serves organic fair trade coffee. But Heine Bros. is also not cheap -- be prepared to spend a bit of money. Heine Brothers on Blankenbaker Parkway (HBBP) is in a local and somewhat higher end strip mall and is next door to a pretty good pizza place (Impellizzeri's Pizza). HBBP has a drive thru option. I and others use the location frequently to meet other business contacts for 1-on-1 conversations. While the small fare food and coffee are always excellent, my only wish is that the location had some acoustic tiles or other devices to reduce interior noise level, because when the place gets busy, it can start to get very hard to hear a conversation. Overall, HBBP is a great coffee shop in a nice strip mall.
I usually love Heine brothers but this location served me and my husband the most disgusting frozen coffees I have ever tasted. He got a large caramel vanilla and it was so bad I have never tasted anything like it, luckily my mocha was slightly more drinkable to take that flavor out of my mouth. I think it was the girls first day, I watched her have to spoon the drink into the cups and with mine she actually put it back in the blender at one point and then back in the cup and still had to use a spoon. I don't know what was happening but I guess get anything besides frozen coffee it might be palatable.
