I tried this place for the first time and decided to order online. I don't particularly appreciate how they have the online orders set up. They have the online orders left unattended on a counter next to the entrance. The customer service could have been better. No one greeted me, and the vibe was off-putting. I even added a tip to my order before picking it up. They could have at least put my order in a bag stapled shut. I can go on & on, but I want this to be a short review. Another thing that is annoying to me is that they have a Black Lives Matter sign sitting in the window. As a black woman, I feel slightly insulted when I see those signs. I'm not here to give a Black History lesson, but I will say that throughout history, black people have contributed a lot to this country, and it has been erased. None of what my ancestors have done and who they truly are as beings has ever been discussed in the media or school. My ancestors built this country, to sum it up. From my experience, I receive the worst and most awkward customer service from businesses with posted Black Lives Matter signs. The organization is a cover up to keep us distracted and blind to the truth. It's like it's a new form of gaslighting. I gave this place two stars because the food was above average. I'm going back to preparing my food at home.
Yo that burger is literally the best burger I’ve ever had 12/10 I would literally come back to KY for it. Apricot smoothie 12/10 too
Absolutely love this place!!! I visit here nearly every day!
Drinks are good but everything else is inconsistent. My usual go to is the breakfast burrito or Anne's Breakfast sandwich. The burrito more often then not undercooked (its warm up until you get to the center then its cold). Anne's breakfast sandwich has never disappointed me. The other thing that has turned me away is their inconsistent service. More often then not their service is terrible, almost like their employee's don't want to be there. (I understand working in the service industry isn't ideal, but if you signed up for it you should be courteous and polite). So much so that anytime I do order from here I always make it a mobile order. I love to patronize and support local businesses, but unless I'm in a pinch for time or don't feel like going far I don't think I will be here as frequently as I have been.
I want to start my review by saying, I hate giving bad reviews and I have been going to this place for several months because its so close to my house. The food and drinks are fantastic and I like how the shop is set up. The service over the last few months has been inconsistent. Today's visit was the worst I have had. I placed an online order (my go to because of the service) and went in to pick up my hot tea about 15 minutes after placing it (clovers estimation said 20). It wasn't on the to go counter so I sat to wait. I waited about 5 minutes and then looked and saw my order sitting behind the counter. I walked over and asked about it and the girl behind the counter laughed at me and then told me "she would check in a minute". She finished what she was doing for her friend and then handed me my order, which I thanked her for and she responded with nothing whatsoever. It's upsetting because I enjoy what they have to offer, I just wish some of their staff was nicer to people. In the past, I have seen them ignore customers right in front of them to continue their conversations as well but as I said, this visit was the one that left me feeling pretty upset.
I love the relaxed environment of Full Stop. There is nothing like this concept here, and I appreciate the thought put into its design and execution. Food and drink are always spot on. (The Anna's way is my go to) Gender expression inclusivity should not go unremarked either. It is a safe place.
Great brunch! Ask for the Sandy Special!
Local gem. Great, sustainably minded food and good atmosphere. I got the burrito with heritage pork and it was great! Mocha was well put together as well. Worth a stop!
Good food and space, love the outdoor area.
Full Stop has the best drinks. I go out of my way to get their lavender mocha, hot or cold. They have a decent selection of vegan food and local items.
Lots of vegan options for food and coffee.
The lavender latte with Mac milk is delicious. It immediately made me smile and great for warming you on a chilly day. I can't wait to try it iced. I also had the vegan breakfast burrito which was also amazingly good. A friend told me they didn't like it but the day I had it I thought it was made so good. Also has a little kick which I loved! The gorgeous person who took my order was a very sweet soul also. I just love this little neighborhood spot! It was about $19 for large latte and the burrito so a little pricey but that's pretty normal also.
While I am not a vegetarian, this place had lots of vegetarian options. My friend and I chose the hamburger, which, admittedly isn't always the wisest choice at a primarily vegan place, but it was really good. The vegan cookie was a little greasy tasting. I was disappointed that the tea refills were not free. That was a downside. Everything was a la carte. Lots of tables (in the 10 that they had) were taken by people on their laptops. Guess it is a popular local spot.
They serve breakfast with breads supplied from blue dog bakery so that's a plus. Was a tad slow when I ordered solid food so come for drinks and snacks.
Hip spot with with solid coffee and food -- I also enjoy their Miel and they have an interesting selection of signature drinks. A great place for a meetup or to get some work done. I will say the baristas here are consistently the least friendly in town.
Amazing food, amazing coffee and great staff
The breakfast sandwiches are some of the best in Louisville! My companions were happy with the burritos too. Limited parking and seating but I've never had much trouble or had to wait too long.
A very unexpected delight. The blueberry banana smoothies are amazing and the staff was so helpful. I left my wallet at home and I have congestive heart failure, so I was very dehydrated midday. The heros behind the counter directed me to clover to order online. I ordered online, immediately after my checkout a bell went off at the counter and my smoothies were out in less than three minutes. Super efficient, very welcoming atmosphere ( and let me tell you, I looked like five kinds of hell and hadn't brushed my hair even) thanks to the employees. The setup is great too. I'll post pics.
Excellent food, the sausage burrito is one of the best I've had, great coffee, exactly what I expected. But most important, my 2 year old son loves to collect objects and really loves the table numbers, especially 5. Your staff humored him and gave him one for our table and later left others in places for him to find and it was so fun to watch them place them and sneak away and him find them. Thank you for brightening our morning!
This butternut squash based création on toasted blue dog baguette....JUST AMAZING!!! DING-DONG! They also sell locally made merchandise and packaged treats, have fresh made vegan and reg pastries, fancy hot and cold coffees/beverages. Its a crunchy spot with a lovely urban-feel, including a patio w tables to dine outside. Its a place where anything goes. I'm hooked.
