Not the best nor the tastiest Boba I've had in Louisville, but the prices are reasonable.
easily the best bubble tea menu in louisville. the drink list is hit after hit, and prices are great, even with a milk alternative. whether it be a milk tea or a plain tea base, each drink has wow factor. one worker in particular has been notable to be kind of rude but she makes my drink so delicious every time i think her hatred is the secret ingredient, therefore i won’t knock her for it. anyway, if you’re near logan street market definitely check them out! i bring my out-of-town friends and relatives every time they stop in.

Good bubble tea, it’s located in a large market place with other food vendors it’s like have a bunch of different food trucks under one roof! It’s fun! Try it!
This my favorite spot for bubble tea in town. I go about once a week/several times a month. My entire family LOVES it. Recently, however, the person working there has been impressively rude. I don't think I've ever been witness to a cashier treating customers this way by any local place (or corporate chain for that matter) in Louisville EVER. It's repeated. Unfortunately, it's not just one time thing and it even came up with other friends in conversation who'd been recently. So, if going, be prepared for fabulous tea paired with equally opposite treatment!
The boba it's self was delicious, but the employee taking the order definitely needs to check his attitude.

Cute place, not gonna lie it’s not the best milk tea I’ve had but it was decent. Love that the mascot is a cat! One of the reasons I stopped!

Edit: Management corrected the issue and was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve updated the review due to the outstanding management response. Original Review: Literally the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The girl at the register was SO RUDE. We asked her "What do you recommend" and she responded "I don't know, whatever you like to drink.." in a rude tone. She then proceeded to ignore us, we each said "thank you" because we're decent human beings - and she literally just gave us a dirty look. Like ????? girl I just want Boba, sorry you hate your life. Trying not to be a Karen, but SERIOUSLY, I never in my life have experienced a more miserable service worker who had absolutely no customer service or general respect towards others. The Boba was fine, but stay away from this place unless you like to be ignored, glared at, and be talked to down to.

This tea was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It tasted amazing, the boba were small and squishy. I had the garden party which was light and refreshing. Definitely planning to go again 👀👀
