Worst customer service I have ever experienced, underage employees that were very rude and totally incompetent. Extremely bad management decisions. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I visit this store at least 4 times per week. Usually between 7am-9am. Today like 50% of the time after 8am all coffee urns are empty. The store is not that busy. There was 2 people in the store besides me. 0 coffee. Response"oh well make some and yours is free". I didn't want free anything nor wait for the cashier to end their conversation. Someone needs to look into the quality of employees that are being hired.

I loved this Thorntons. The shelves were always stocked, and the staff were very friendly. Even the customers were awesome. There's never been a time when someone didn't hold the door open for me if they saw me coming. You can't find good people like this in Evansville. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! I had to stop eating from this location after I saw a roach crawling on the counter. I paid for my food and threw it out in the trash. The place was full of customers and I didn't want to make a scene. Also, the condiments should be covered up with a lid. They're just opened to the flies.... and yes, roaches. Now I just go to Marathon. Sorry but I can not deal with roaches.
