Unfortunately, when I arrived, the lobby was closed, and we had to go to the drive-through - unfortunate because I was on a road trip and was hoping to stop in to stretch the leggs and use the facilities!

Truly, I was shocked at how good the bagels are here. Perfectly chewy, with a nice outer layer. Warmed and plenty of room for cream cheese. Lots of room inside to sit and chat, and remarkably clean bathrooms. Staff were efficient but seemed confused at every question I had throughout the visit, and as if they wanted me to just leave. Lack of printed menus was also odd. I have several coworkers that aren't great with tech, but an endorsement and a menu would have meant sales from them.

Always welcomed with a smile. Efficient and yet, personal attention to each order and customer. Great people. Great coffee. Never ever bitter and the perfect temp.

Excited to find Biggby with drive thru all the way down in KY! Came from Michigan where Biggby originates. Perfect mocha birthday award. They even knew what a "Sugar Bear" is lol. Salute Beaners/Biggby!

Not a pleasurable experience. The coffee drinks were weak and the selection of eats were like pre-packaged. Nothing memorable but the emplorees were working hard to provide good service.

On one of our many road trips, we stopped here to get some caffeine. Biggbys was great! They had a sizable menu to choose from and better prices than most other chains. We both tried one of their Avalanche drinks (one hot and one cold brewed) and both offered a satisfying and unique experience. If we ever see another out on the road, we'll be sure to stop by again.

I really like the coffee and strawberry creame freeze here. I like to go when they are not busy because this restaurant can be on the slow side but really no complaints.

WOW just WOW!!! Walked in today to get coffee and was not greeted. Stood at the register for a good 10 minutes and still no acknowledgment. The young lady was at the register the entire time with 3 other employees not helping either. When I mentioned that no one acknowledged us, the young girl at the register gave a dirty look and still didn’t ask us what we would like to order. We walked out after that. Busy or not, as customers someone should have helped or at least said “do you mind waiting a moment” NEVER spending my money there again

Biggby is normally my everyday stop & usually has the most friendly staff with the BEST coffee, but unfortunately the new girl taking orders at 1pm on New Year's Day, started off the year with a horrible, rude demeanor and made the trip through the drive through unpleasant. As an owner of a small business myself, I am very understanding of people having off days or not always being capable of representing their employer at the standards set by the company. This example was extremely upsetting because as this employee was rude to me they were at the same time laughing with other employees making me feel as if my business was not wanted, or much less appreciated. The Manager and or Owner of this wonderful Biggby location will lose customers due to this behavior. It was a blonde lady in a teal shirt. The young lady with brown hair that gave us our order was like most of your employees. Gracious and wonderful.

Service is lacking took 15 minutes to receive an in store sandwich order. Both the sandwiches ordered by my coworker (sausage, egg and cheese) were extremely cold. The sausage appeared like it hadn’t been cooked.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by any other restaurant than this one. I was there this morning and there was a blonde employee with green highlights (nothing against her hair just didn’t catch her name) that was the rudest employee I’ve ever met in any restaurant. Everyone in the restaurant was aware of the way she was being and nobody stepped up to say anything about the employee behavior. I frequent this establishment and I will no longer be coming in ever. I understand everyone can have a bad day at work but the way that employee treated me is unacceptable. If you’re that miserable at your job than you should think about getting a new one.

Always great food and drinks. The workers are always very nice, but it usually takes Forever to get your order. I have sat in that drive-thru line for 30 minutes before. Speed it up.

We were traveling through the area and stopped here for a quick coffee and bagel. After reading several reviews about a broken toaster oven, we weren't sure about ordering food. I'm here to let you know that the toaster oven is working as of today. After waiting for several minutes for two bagels, my husband asked one of the four young ladies behind the counter about their progress. After waiting several more minutes, a different one of the four young ladies behind the counter asked my husband if he was waiting for something. Suffice it to say that the wait was longer than it should have been. Nonetheless, the toaster is fixed, the coffee was good and the bagels were warm and charred...🤪🥴😄

Love Bigby in Cinci. Bigby in Georgetown? Progressively getting worse. If it's not the toaster oven that's broken for over two months and repeatedly being told that it's "getting fixed in a couple days," it's Bragels that are supposed to be toasted but are instead served lukewarm with chewy and (seemingly) uncooked (or partially cooked) bacon. I'm sure that's not a health hazard or anything. Orders still take forever to complete. Again, it's a shame, because I prefer Bigby over other, more popular chains.
