Great iced matcha latte with oat milk. Cool atmosphere especially if you are into biking.

If you're a coffee nerd like me, this shop is definitely a must stop if you're in the area. I ordered a pour over and was pleased to see that someone actually made the pour over instead of using an automated method (some very high class shops with high volume do this). The pour over was truly fantastic, and I was very pleased when Mark, the owner, came over and showed me which coffee he used for the pour over. Passion for the coffee is something most places lack but Velocity Bike & Bean is not one of those places. I got to chat coffee with Mark for a bit and I'm so glad I did. If I'm ever back in Florence when they're open, I'll definitely spend some time and money here again!

Fantastic coffee. These people have a real devotion for brewing a perfect cup. This is our first time here. We'll be back soon!

Relaxing place for coffee and conversation. Very friendly staff, excellent coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. Several coffee roasters on the menu. A good selection of fresh pastries, too.

Very good coffee and snacks. I prefer supporting local businesses and this place is definitely worth supporting. The service was excellent.

The best cappuccino I may have ever had! The cinnamon loaf and blueberry muffin were super good, too! The baking is done in house. My coffee cost a fraction of what it costs at a chain store, and the food shows no hint of processed goods. The blueberry muffins were baked with real blueberries and the cinnamon loaf was baked to perfection. I am so darn picky but i just walked out with a smile on my face. 5/5 highly recommend. I won't go anywhere else in town for coffee after how stellar this place turned out to be.

I'm sure it's great for coffee, cant say, dont drink coffee. Not so much if looking for a bike. 1 of the sites voted it best bike shop in NKY. It's not. Look on the interwebs for a nice bmx. If you're lookn for what you grandma road, you might be able to find it here.

They refused me my cup of milk. Then proceeded to say I was going to throw it on the ground. They were right but still. Not cool. Also an amazing place to go! And their bathroom is (and this is not a joke) awesomely decorated. And great coffee too! Best in northern Kentucky by far.

Hands down the best coffee shop in Florence! This gem not only makes amazing coffee, including specialty drinks that change monthly, but also has in-house pastries that are amazing! Great people and wonderful service. Plenty of room for laptop working, but also a great meeting place for social visits.

Best coffee shop on the face of the earth. I will go way out of the way to get this coffee. I can't even drink Starbucks or other coffee shops coffee anymore because I got spoiled on this coffee. They have different flavors every month related to whatever holiday or time of the year it is. And the menu is so fun! They also keep amazing options available all year long. My fave is their iced lavender mocha!

Amazing remodel of the interior and the most delicious coffee in the tri-state. Always worth a stop. I stopped by today and add now that the Sleepy Hollow is a must for fall. :) Delicious!

Amazing coffee and friendly service! My favorite thing about them is the special drink menu they change out every month. There's always plenty of unique flavors to try and the syrups are made in house. Everything I've tried tastes amazing!

(Been coming here for years but never left a review.) Great coffee w/ very polite & knowledgeable staff. If you know your palette as I do, you can tell them & they can recommend a coffee that will suit you. If it's not on drip, they'll do a V60 for you. While you can work from there (I have; they have great wifi), I think it's set up more as a place to meet people & chat. I say that because of the many seating options in the center of the room or otherwise away from power sources. It's doable, but it's limited. It can get a bit loud when it's crowded (not overbearing, but you'll find you hear people's convos despite the fact you're not trying to). Whether that's a fun "buzz" in a busy place or a bit much will vary from person to person. Headphones or earbuds will do the trick, though. Plus, it's always good to see a small local business doing well in these uncertain economic times. Please understand this is a craft coffee shop. As such, it's not the place to go if you want a quick drink to go. Even if you just want a cup of whatever they have on drip, you may have to wait if someone ahead of you ordered something requiring a bit more time from the baristas. That's not bad service. That's craft coffee. Finally, I've also had my kids' bikes repaired there a few times. Great service & very reasonable prices. Keep up the great work, VBB! 👊

Velocity combines a bike shop and coffee shop in one location. It totally works. Great atmosphere. Nice seating area with different options. Free WiFi and enough plugs available. I see people playing cards/games, doing homework. Coffee is great as well. They also have a decent selection of bakery items. If you are near Florence Mall, I would go here over Starbucks. They are closed Sunday and Monday and close late afternoon. No drive thru. EDIT MAY 2022: It's been awhile since I've been to Velocity --maybe 3 years. I have Sun/Mon off and they're closed those 2 days. They've added more seating which is a definite plus. The coffee drinks as good as ever. Their Nutella Mocha is so good. We spent 3 hours there and left so relaxed. Definitely a great atmosphere.
