This is just the perfect small town diner and cafe. The staff are attentive, polite, and exude southern hospitality. The food is what you would expect from a small independent "mom and pop" restaurant business in Central KY.. Magnificent and oh so tasty! The atmosphere is quaint, simple, and down to earth .. everything fits perfectly hand in hand. Definitely worth stopping by and giving them your patronage.
My first time here was this evening and I ordered the all you can eat catfish and my meal was absolutely perfect.. The service was amazing, our server Alaina was wonderful, and My family and I are coming back every Wednesday... Great service, atmosphere, and food was phenomenal.
A very excellent place to eat nice people. I left my phone there. They took care of it till I got back nine hundred dollars phone. Thank you very very much kaye's diner
Great food and great service!
The food was amazing more than I could eat and our waitress was great it's a must have if your in the area.
Food is ok. Way too expensive
My wife and I eat here sometimes and we always have a great experience. They have a big variety different things to eat as opposed to your every day fast-food chains.
The food was pretty tasty. The portions were good and customer service was good. We were hesitant upon entering as there was only 1 other couple in the restaurant but they gave their thumbs up for the food. The friend green tomatoes were my favorite.
Food, service, atmosphere was great, we'll definitely be back !!
One of the best cappuccinos I've ever had
Food was great worth the wait, Service was great. Will be back
The prices have jumped drastically, and do not match price increases in similar restaurants in the area with the same food. As someone who used to frequent this place upon every visit (and worked there once upon a time), I feel some of the recent changes have stunted its growth. The hours flex too much, and need to be steadied. Some of the traditional fare needs to be better as well (roast beef, mashed potatoes, steam table veggies). Finally, please go back to the Sysco prebattered chicken strip. That was one of the worst changes K- made, and it sacrifices uniformity and taste. Frankly, the Sysco strips are better.
Staff was very friendly. Portions were huge but the food was kinda bland.
Slow slow and slow. If you like fried green tomatoes or want someone to try them don’t go for these. They’ve got more bread than a Big Mac and they’re thicker than a grizzly in October. The chicken was good and slaw was alright. If you have all day and consider salt a spice this is your spot.
Portion was huge, service was good, taste was bland though. I ordered the cat fish and it was" too" fishy . We didn't finish the meal . The place has good potential
The best breakfast around.. we love the decorations this time of year.. a Christmas tree decorated in spiders for Halloween..
Great little place to eat lunch or dinner. Great service and food!
Had a fantastic breakfast, western omelette and loaded hash browns. Great service and very reasonable pricing. Hidden gem
Quaint and elegant diner, friendly staff and not very busy. Easy on the budget if you are travelling through the area.
