Everything about this place is so yummy..give it a try
This Cafe has had my heart since they opened! they held onto the small town vibe yet have modern flavors and the atmosphere makes you want to stay there all day! the girls treat everyone as if they've known you for years. sometimes I walk in not feeling myself but by the time I leave I always feel like a million dollars! I'm full happy caffenated and ready to take on the day! This is my happy place!

Have passed by this place multiple times meaning to stop and man do I regret not stopping sooner. They have the freshest baked muffins, scones, banana bread, cookies, sausage and ham bites and sooooo much more, it was hard not to order one of everything (the person in-front of me did and I’m jealous.) This is by far one of the cleanest coffee shops with brand new equipment and the friendliest, nicest baristas that love their job. I regret not coming in sooner as this will be a daily stop that I now look forward to every morning. The lattes are phenomenal and even the drip coffee is exciting as they keep different roast and flavors for those of you who “just want a black coffee” 100% must stop if you’re anywhere in the area!
My grandkids love this place. For what they call... Kids coffee! Chocolate milk with whipped cream and sprinkles. Delicious huge brownies are their favorite.

I stopped here for an oatmilk latte on my drive back from visiting my fiancé at Fort Campbell. I didn’t expect to need a caffeine fix but this place delivered. It’s a cute shop that sells cookies and coffee. It is very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stop next visit. The latte shall keep me awake until I make it back home to Chicago. Thank you!
Amazing staff, friendly, quick, and overall great service. The food is all homemade and perfect. The coffee is better than Starbuck's hands down. If you're a coffee person and not going here, make a change and give it a try! You won't be let down.

Fantastic little coffee shop and bakery just off of of I-24. We stopped for coffee but I was excited and surprised to find gluten free and keto breakfast items. The baked goods were amazing and the sausage bites were filling and delicious! Would definitely stop here again if traveling down I-24.
Stopped in while we were visiting family and had a wonderful experience! Coffee was delicious, and the ham and cheese bites were a perfect accompaniment to get the morning started!
Every cup they put in your hand is heavenly. One of the best cafés I’ve ever been to. Everyone is sweet and has a smile on their face the whole time. As a bonus their baked good and egg bits are the best start of my day I could possibly ask for. 10/10 you should go
The lemon blueberry bar is the best that I have ever had! My husband is the picky one and he snuck and ate his and my left over one yesterday. Lol The chocolate pumpkin loaves are also amazing! I have tried several baked goods and not one have disappointed! The owner and staff are always friendly and personable. I highly recommend The Sunflower Treats and Coffee in every way!
Place was very clean and tidy. Fast friendly service. I hate to leave such a low rating with such friendly and courteous staff, however the products, way less than quality I'd expected for the high price. Very disappointed
