Over prized & you can find roaches in your food

Absolutely horrible. I stopped going because every time I got food from them I would get sick. I went on 11/3/22 at 6:38pm for something sweet. I got 2 blueberry glazed donuts, later on in the night at 8:50pm I went to get one out of the bag to discover that 1 was in tacked, the 2nd was only a half an was smashed/crumbled. Never again will I waste my time and money at this place.
Excellent food delicious bakery items. A rare jewell found within the Medical Plaza. Was a wonderful treat traveling from VA to KY visiting family.
I just wanted to say - if your looking for the absolute best- and I mean BEST treats around... you gotta get into Sweet Caroline’s cafe - sweets are hands down second to none- but OH MY ! The goods don’t stop there- The sandwiches can’t be beat!!! I’m sure you’ve tried the rest- now try the best! Melissa Salmons is the sweetest! She will take excellent care of you and make sure your order is beyond perfection. This is by far the best place to visit for that one of a kind bakery perfection treat- or cakes or snacks... do yourself a favor and check ‘em out. I am a forever fan! Thank you Melissa Salmons for your outstanding service!

Very friendly towards customers
Went in all happy and excited to try some baked goods, left feeling like I was an annoyance to these people for coming in. The atmosphere of the place is just awful, definitely not becoming of a bakery. The baked goods are okay, but I’d give my choice to either Tipton’s or Double Drizzle any day of the week where the atmosphere is happy and cheery and the baked goods are phenomenal. Overall: Customer Service: 1/5 Product: 2/5
My mouth watered from the second I hit the door. Desserts were amazing and prices weren't to bad either.

Horrible. Have had cakes designed here in the past and their quality was superb. Not so this time. Even after giving written specifications for the cake, none of the requests were followed. The cake not only looked rushed, the design was horrible. The cake was uneven and possibly had fallen. No offer to fix or refund. Will never use again.
Great white cakes! They rock. BBQ sandwich is good. The other sweets are usually very good, as well.
