I would not recommend visiting this Scooter’s location. It is extremely disorganized and poorly ran. A few weeks ago I made an online order, upon arriving they say their oven is broken and they don’t have the ability to refund my order but a manager would contact me to refund my order. After waiting a few days I had to call the manager for a refund. Again today, made another online order, upon arrival they’re out of ice so they couldn’t make my drinks and couldn’t give me a refund. I will make the longer trip to visit a different Scooter’s location in the future.

I've gotten coffee at other scooter's location before. This location happens to be a block away from where I was working. I didn't feel like driving for less than a mile, so I walked here. I guess they can't take your order unless you're in a car. That's lame. I guess I'll go get my car and drive to another local coffee shop and spend my money there instead.

Not realizing what time the store closed, we pulled in with a mobile order at 6:05. The app isn’t supposed to let you order within 5 minutes of closing, but the two individuals working went ahead and honored our app order and got it out to us quickly. They were so kind and the smoothies were phenomenal! Thank you Scooter’s for always going above & beyond.

I waited 15-20 min only 1 person working. I asked for cinnamon to be added and I asked if she added it and she replied yes but I know for a fact cinnamon was not added. And there were huge chunks of ice in my drink. I'm not even from here but it is the worst ever.

I'm not sure how the coffee was. I was staying downtown and walked over for some morning coffee, not a single car in line, but they refused to serve me because I wasn't in a motor vehicle and they apparently have no other way to take an order. Pretty lame for a walkable downtown area.

Scooters understood the assignment! I woke up early to go workout and I was not feeling 💯 so when I finished I had the hankering for a carmelicious and boy did they deliver! I pull in and the car ahead of me is pulling away from the speaker so was first in line at this point. I was greeted with a warm good morning and an ask if I wanted a bacon breakfast burrito which is normally my kryptonite. I did not waiver and on this day I ordered only a single coffee medium iced with whipped cream. (Yummy) The way they are able to make coffee this good is astounding. With coffee in one hand and the other hand grasping gently enough to preform the next action. I bang the straw with package on my center console and this exposed the tip that would ultimately deliver the brown bean nectar that inevitably woke me out of the haze I was existing in. Now I am writing this on my couch snuggled with a blanket and yummy coffee!

Coffee is usually always good. Only issue is every single time I go to THIS location they ask for a tip. I always do, but it does seem a bit unprofessional for it being a coffee stop as if I'm not already spending almost 10 bucks on coffee.
I guess no one told scooters that coffee is boiled in the coffee brewing process and thus safe to serve during a boil alert. - a certified food safety professional. Appreciate you being cautious, but let's use logic and science.
Good shop. I tried to order a 20 course meal, but my server Isabella started crying because she couldn’t handle course 20. Luckily Casey saved the day and got me my food. 10/10
