Love love love Reverie! My beverages are always super delicious, and the customer service is excellent! It's drive through only, but that is perfect for grabbing my coffee during weekend errands.
Great coffee and fast service! It’s great to have a specialty coffee shop that’s so good in northeast Wichita.
I do not usually complain but about poor service but I arrived at Reverie Roasters Express a few minutes before they closed and they accepted and took my order when I arrived at the window after we received our drinks they asked if we could come before they closed. I advised the bautista/cashier that we arrived around 1:57PM-1:58PM before they were “closed” since it takes them about 4 minutes to make drinks. They should not have taken my order if that was the case. From now on I’ll continue with Reverie on Douglas.

Drive thru staff were so friendly. The rose and pistachio latte is amazing and refreshing. Both cold and hot. I can’t even describe the flaky deliciousness of the croissant. I had the ham and cheese one day and the chocolate another. Can’t wait to try to smoothies!

Leaving 4 stars because I really like Reverie and want to see their new NE Wichita spot to succeed. They haven’t been open for very long, so there are some opportunities to work on. Ordered an Americano with a SPLASH of oat milk and I think they forgot the espresso. It looked like watered down oat milk. Could not drink it. Can’t wait to go back maybe in a few weeks.
The staff here is so sweet!! The coffee is strong and delicious! You just can't go wrong!!
