Love their smile, heart, and customer service! The coffee is delicious but the experience is even better!
We absolutely love this location. Staff is super friendly and fast. Even gave our kid's lollipops. We have tried so many different items but are huge fans of the smoothies.

Great coffee and service.
Handed me a “coconut” red bull infusion that was definitely pineapple. Called to complain and they said they changed from red bull to tropical red bull. Nobody likes tropical red bull & pineapple makes me sick so that woulda been great to know at the window when I literally questioned it.
Kinda look forward to that Late afternoon americano.. kinda sucked today. Wrong size, (overlooked that) but no cream come on I tossed it ..
Not as expensive as Starbucks, but still pricey. Slow getting my coffee out.
Weak coffee. I ordered 2 extra shots, paid for them, and my drink was way too sweet having 2 extra shots. Very weak in comparison to the Maize location. May I suggest measurement training for the Valley Center location? Maybe add some integrity training also, so that I'm paying for what I'm actually receiving?
Used to be the best scooters when it first opened, up until about 2 months ago. Now every time I order from here it is NASTY!!! I drive to Scooters in Maize now.
This is the best Scooters location I've ever been to. Not only that, but it's 100% better than Starbucks too! More affordable, better service, and a more simplified menu! I come to this one regularly, and the staff is always kind and there's never a day I don't want to stop by!
We stopped by to order and got 7 drinks total. Most of us got alternative milks and she got it on the receipt and was correct saying it back to us. One individual we got drinks for got alternative milk because she CANNOT have dairy. Well, she got whole milk and her throat immediately started closing and itching.

Loved this place, HOWEVER, sadly we will no longer frequent this location. Lack of communication and listening skills is a HUGE factor here. Sad to say, customer service is lack luster as well!!! Went with our son, ordered two drinks, a small chai ICED tea and large decaf vanilla latte. What we got was a small HOT chai latte and a stare from the window. Then, after waiting for our other drink and confused about the current drink but willing to "SETTLE", I was asked, "why are you still waiting." Surprised in her response, I explained that we ordered TWO drinks, and the one that my son was holding was not even the drink that he ordered. She promptly told me, "no that's what you ordered, he's holding it." I know accidents and misunderstandings happen, we are human right. But, instead I was told that the drink we had was what I ordered. Um no. This is 1 drink and we ordered 2, AND I'm pretty sure we know hot from iced. No apology or anything, just hold on I'll get it. Then, when we get the drinks, lack luster. Sorry Scooters. Wanted to keep it local, back to Starbucks we go.
Girls there are always so friendly. Service is quick. Always enjoy what I get from there. Best coffee and cinnamon rolls in my opinion!
Just purchased a large coffee from store in Valley Center. I requested a couple cream and sweeteners. After first sip. I threw it out. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. Note: didn't have any cream in it either.
Best Scooters around! I've been to about 3 different locations in Wichita and the Valley Center location is the best. Extremely friendly staff and my drink always taste best from this location. Not sure what the difference is but it's delicious!
Even if it looks like a long line, they're so quick I usually have my latte about 3 minutes from pulling into line to driving away. The longest part of wait is me handing them my debit card
Great place to get sugared milk for $8 (and yes I even paid for an extra shot)
