The reason for 4 stars. Really just comes down to cost and personal taste buds regarding their drinks. We mainly go for convenience; 3 min drive vs 12 to local Starbucks. Cost: For two breakfast burritos and 2 drinks, one being a 20oz coffee the other a 16oz “refresher” , came in around $27. When I go to Starbucks I can get (2) 20oz drinks and (2) breakfast burritos for $22. Now taste: Coffees are too bitter, but that could very well be my personal taste buds. Again, I’m comparing to Starbucks coffee taste, specifically their caramel macchiato. **Life hack*** add salt into their coffee to help with bitterness-learned that from Tiktok. Their refresher as seen in my photo shows very little goes into it. No fresh fruit as well. It’s equivalent to maybe making your own at home with the Mio flavor additive. Not very impressive. I took half star off for cost and half star off for taste on both the coffee and refresher. The positive: Their food is great. 100% Anyone traveling thru Spring Hill during a road trip will be completely satisfied with any food selection made here. Overall: If they were more competitive on cost and go a step further on their refreshers this place would be our preferred choice.

Very polite and professional service. They were out of grilled chicken and offered to substitute two pastries for the shortage.

I adore this place. Great coffee selection, but also great non-coffee options. The food is fantastic. Cherry Cream Cheese Danish on this visit did not disappoint.

Charming coffee spot in the downtown area of Spring Hill, Kansas which has recently began to boom! There are several areas for ceding including high bar areas facing the windows if you want to sit solo. There is art and merchandise for sale, it box of to-go food items if you are in a hurry, You can order online including setting the time of your pickup, or you can order right there. They have many coffee, tea, and smoothie options. I found it difficult to choose the flavoring for my London fog. Otherwise the process was seamless. There was several people working there as well as little people visiting with one another. Parking is street parking along the downtown and is free. The insurance was semi-accessible.

Awesome small town coffee shop! Definitely better than the commercial competitors! I'd say the place is very nice and inviting. The staff is always super excited, and helpful. Only complaint would be pricing. A bit more than I like to spend, but they deserve it with the work they put it. Keep it up! Please like if this review was helpful!

The prices have hone down on lunches. That point definitely makes my visit more enjoyable. Staff was friendly.

Pre-made sandwiches were soggy..unacceptable.. full menu wasn't available...again, unacceptable..A business is either open, or closed.. I commend the Poor staff having to apologize for situation..where is the owner..not tending to business.. Groups staying at CP have been loyal but, .......what will future hold....

We have loved this little coffee shop ever since we moved to Spring Hill. The new ownership has brought so many great enhancements for The Bean creating a warm and homey atmosphere. The new smoothies/teas/refreshers are great and I’m excited to check out their new food menu. However, very very disappointed they switched away from messenger coffee. The new coffee is just not good.. We will no longer come for the coffee, but will still be in to try food items and smoothies!

I tried a honey lavender latte and brought a variety of different pastries home for my family – it was all delicious! The cinnamon roll and lemon curd poptart were my personal favorites! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I love the local, small-town feel. I enjoyed looking at the art from the local elementary school. So adorable!

I’ve had a few meetings at The Bean in the last several months. The place is always clean, the service is friendly, and the americano I ordered both times was on point. If you are looking for a great coffee shop in Spring Hill, this is it!

Mainstream and weird coffee selections paired up with uniquely decadent treats, like homemade Pop Tarts. I tried the seasonal Espresso Tonic, and it was great.
