I had been here once before for a meeting and I loved the environment, great vibe and atmosphere was good. Today I decided to go again and the girl behind the counter was not friendly and basically made us feel like we were bothering her. She missed one item that was ordered which was no big deal so I ordered again, Oatmeal and when she brought it she gave me a fork? I said do you have a spoon, she just looked at me and said Nope!!! I said I have to eat oatmeal with a fork. So I went to get water and she saw I was looking for a spoon and surprisingly she found one. Lol. Terrible service all the way around. Environment is nice though. But will not go back
Love this place. Great coffee. Great natural sunlight & tables to work. But… just too noisy. Nothing soft in the joint. Hard tables, chairs, benches so nothing to absorb any noise. Lots of empty wall space & open ceiling. Use it!! Suggest noise deadening panels on wall and ceiling. I would absolutely come more often if I could have a conversation or actually hear myself think.
Lots of seating, great chai tea, and large baked goods. Great place to meet with friends
Cute place but coffee was very bitter. Not my favorite.
I’ve passed by this coffee shop multiple times and finally went here the other day. I was expecting it to be busy since it was a Saturday evening, but there were few people inside and it was pretty nice. I ordered a mocha (though I forgot to say iced), it was still really good. Seems like a nice place to go to and work on homework and study at too.
Went in to work and have a cup of coffee. Coffee (house blend) was great and I was able to easily know a few items out for work.

Yummy coffee, good service, and lots of space to hang with friends or chill on your laptop. I only wish they had a physical bulletin board to check on what’s happening in town. ❤️

Love coming here. The space is open and the staff is so sweet. Love that they bring the drinks to the table so people aren't standing around.
Great coffee! One ambiance complaint - there is something that happens behind the barista bar that creates a very high-pitched squeal sound. Very uncomfortable to the ear and it happens often. For this reason I probably won’t come here to hang out because I can’t stand this awful sound :/
The coffee is excellent. The barista was very helpful in helping me pick a coffee drink that satisfied my want. We sat for a couple of hours and no one hurried us and it’s a busy store. I do feel the decor was quite minimal and boring but it was still a comfortable place.
Yummy coffee and pastries. I like tasting their seasonal menu! However the customer service is hit or miss. For example, one barista spilled coffee all over my friend’s backpack and didn’t bring him a new drink or get napkins to wipe it. On the other hand, you won’t kicked out if you stay all day.
Disappointed that lately when they don’t put enough options of gluten free pastry to purchase. I’ve going there at least 3 times a week since they have been opened. This morning is the worst of all, they only have one single piece of gluten free scone and no other option. My child has a lot of food allergies nuts gluten shellfish so I used to love going in this local business and now they wouldn’t even defrost more of the gluten free options for customers like they used to, a lot of disappointment and if anyone knows other gluten free pastry coffee shop?
Customer service was good, the place is busy, my wife really liked her drink and I thought the strawberry lemonade was okay. Probably should have gotten coffee at a coffee shop so that was my bad. My wife loved the donut she ate as well!
Great atmosphere and pretty good coffee the baristas were really friendly and it was the perfect thing for a rainy evening
My favorite coffee shop in the KC metro! Great atmosphere, abundant seating, and lots of power outlets. The space is very conducive to working. It’s also bustling enough that you could have a chatty coffee date without feeling like you’re disturbing anyone. The staff are above and beyond - really the main reason I love this coffee shop so much. Everyone who works here is so friendly. Props to the owners for hiring great people and creating a good work environment for them!
Super friendly staff love the atmosphere. Very clean and inviting, and tons of seating even though there was a ton of people there I was able to find a spot.
