Well balanced quad-shot latte! Tasty house brew! Incredobly active local coffee shop (all times of day). Quality, in my opinion!
Norm's appeared to be the quintessential espresso shop, iconic building, great ambiance, clean and hard working baristas. I was so disappointed when I ordered a cold brew and it came out as an iced espresso. I knew something was up when there was a cold cup in the lineup with an espresso shot. I questioned the cashier before and after it was prepared, she looked confused. She did offer to make me a different drink. No one there knew what a cold brew was. I feel like they just wanted a trendy item. It seems to me the owner of the shop could of got the true recipe before offering it. The preparation is in the name. Check it out.

The Mint Cup was such a huge hit at our wedding! Everyone raved about the coffee "cocktail" hour and the flavors were AMAZING! They were so easy and flexible to work with! Incredibly kind humans running the business as well! I highly recommend having them at your next event!
Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. I don't drink coffee, but my coffee loving friends tell me their coffee is great. They served me hot chocolate cold! 😠
Cozy and comforting cafe, the live music is very relaxing, and they always great coffee and food.

Really good coffee here. The only downside I dislike it's on main Street and no where to park but I don't mind the long walks but other than that people are amazing here :)
Like this place. They are lots better than Starbucks. Always support the local business. I like big cinnamon rolls and pastries with coffee, but what they have there is good. Very good atmosphere.
Love the coffee here and the employees are wonderful. My only issue is I don't like being in the building because it gets so loud! It's not even music that's so loud, it's everyone trying to talk over each other in an open space with high ceilings. Also, I really like the display of local artwork! The last time we visited, there was a large group of men right next to us preaching with their booming voices. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I couldn't hear a word my friend was saying. 🤫
Kansas doesn’t have much to offer.. Norms makes up for that. Coffee, food and atmosphere are as good as it gets.10/10 would recommend!

I've been there twice. Both times my friend and I had our beverages in the coffee shop. The atmosphere is conducive to both conversation and contemplation.
Atmosphere was great. Coffee was ok.
It's definitely worth getting off the freeway to visit. Yum
The best coffee place I have ever been to! The staff was super cool and let us stay until they closed.
