My husband and I have been loving their breakfast burritos, well-priced and filling! We also prefer their coffee to the other options in town, especially their lattes!!

used to love visiting craft. unimpressed with barista constantly sitting in the cafe on her phone or with her boyfriend when no guests were coming in. requested to have our big water bottles filled, she told me she only had hot water. when I inquired about her sink she said yeah that’s only hot. I don’t buy it. my family and i were in town for 6 days and they were out of açaí bowls and kombucha the entire time, there’s no reason for that. We can tell there has been a shift in management focus from customer experience to cost cutting and I feel like customer service here has gone down the drain. I manage three cafes of my own out of state and am shocked by the change in focus and atmosphere here over the course of just a year. Coffee still good but wish the experience was what it used to be .
I used to love Craft, but lately the quality and service has gone way downhill. Today I went to get a scone and London Fog, and the scones (lemon) were completely flat. I asked the girl at the counter about it and she said "yeah idk why they're like that." Scones like that should have been thrown away, not put up for sale. I bought one anyway thinking maybe it still tasted good? They were terrible. Flat and tasted like flour yet they appeared to be fully baked. The London Fog is severely under flavored as well. The young girl at the counter has been consistently standoffish since she started working there. Disappointed to see this place lower their standards.
Would be five stars, only issue is that they forget parts of your order occasionally.

Just ran in to use the restroom coolest place ever. The old rustic look place to change baby in the bathroom. Love the vibe.
One of my favorite coffee shops in town! Plenty of space to sit and chat or work or do homework. But also quick and amazing service if you have to be in and out. Coffee is amazing, always plenty of baked good options.

Cute little place downtown. Free reliable wifi, nice variety of drinks and a quiet atmosphere. Decent amount of charging plugs. Pricing was pretty good.
I have to admit to being a bit biased since I was there hanging some of my photos on their walls, but nonetheless it is a great little coffee shop. It is a nice place to meet someone for a drink given the personal service and several seating options both inside and out. My wife loves their Coffee! Their cookies and desserts are nice as well.
