A yummy latte and delicious donut!
Girl who took my order was literally texting on her phone in front of register. She actually had to finish her text message before she typed in my order. I knew this wasn’t work related because she was scrolling for emojis. Also when she took my order and i went to pay she was still head down texting away.
It's a little pricey for a coffee shop ... wait time is terrible 10 minutes for a cup of coffee ... Service is ok
Went out of my way to go there to try the Red Kingdom drink because...CHIEFS. It was good, and looked great! Worth a try - go CHIEFS!
I’m from out of town. I stumbled upon this place by accident. My lort, the coffee and donuts were so good! I’ll be back the next time I’m in town!
Tried the Tai tea iced latte. Really nice flavors. Menu selection is great! I was impressed with the selections and mixes of drinks available. Great service too!
Mr. D’s is our favorite local donut shop in Johnson County! We regularly go in on Saturday or Sunday. Our younger kids get excited when they know their day will start with donuts from Mr. D’s. They are great about celebrating KC area sports teams with special donuts (Chiefs, Jayhawks) or special holiday donuts. Coffee is solid and they carry a local roasterie brand for purchase. You can also order specialty coffees. Service is consistently friendly! Fun environment if you have the chance to dine in since Mr. D’s is located in the Lenexa Public Market at City Center (an indoor area collective of several restaurants). Festive feel on Saturday mornings when the Lenexa Farmers Market is also taking place.

Change your hours on Google. It says your open until 9:00, we got there at 8:00, and found out you close at 5:00..

Delicious, robust coffee at Mr. D's. Situated in Lenexa City Center. Had a decaf Americano and it was splendid. Friendly service that was quick. Easy access to the kiosk for a great cup of joe!
very fresh great tasting donuts. Easy to get in and out. atmosphere very warm and inviting. Way better then dunkin donuts

Wonderful staff and great coffee! After the dog knocked over a recently purchased coffee while sitting outside, the staff offered to remake it at no cost - it was not even their fault! Good customer service is hard to find these days, and coffee shops are a dime a dozen. If you are looking for a location who treats you as a human and genuinely cares about you, look no further. Great coffee and great people, you can't go wrong.
My first visit today. I took my tasty honeycomb latte out to the patio where my pup promptly knocked it over, spilling the entire cup. Mr. D's staff graciously replaced it without charging for a new one.
Ordered a Chai Tea. Taste is good but prices of drinks is wrong. No attendant was present for a while so we waited. When we asked why the price was different than listed she replied that her boss is aware of the typo and hasn't done anything. She stated she has told him numerous times.
Delicious pastries and donuts made fresh!!!! They have very unique flavors of coffee/iced coffee and lattes that definitely separate them from the rest. Definitely recommend Mr. D’s!!!
I love this coffee shop. Location is great for me. Honeycomb latte is the best. The baristas are kind, patient and attentive. They have a generous loyalty rewards system. Thanks for brightening my mornings with smiles, kindness, lattes and yummy donuts!
