Was pleasantly surprised to find this gem in my travels . The coffee shop is great . The barista is amazing. Gracious, efficient, knowledgeable and gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this gem of a coffee shop.
The two ladies working were very nice! The coffee was okay, I got a specialty latte and there wasn't much flavor to it. Espresso tasted a little burnt. My breakfast sandwich was tasty even two hours after forgetting I bought it!

5 star even though it was a very weak espresso. Customer service, atmosphere and the espresso had nie flavor but needed to be stronger in my opinion. They open early which is nice. Great location

One word? WOW!! We are visiting family from Alabama and I was craving a Chai latte. I had heard good things about Hotspot and decided to give it a try. Man am I so thankful I did. The ladies who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable and these lattes are some of the BEST I have ever tasted. So creamy with the punch of Chai flavor I am in love with. Will definitely make this a daily thing whenever we visit and may even go back for another later today. If you are in Holton, passing through or nearby, PLEASE TRY IT. You won't regret it. Nom nom nom.
Ordered the medium cappuccino latte coffee. Very friendly server. Reasonable price as well. Coffee was awesome flavor.
This place is SO good! Best vanilla late I've ever had. Breakfast burrito, biscuits/gravy & cinnamon rolls are all bomb. Friendly service & very reasonable prices! We'll be back for sure!

Friendly, and wonderful atmosphere
Pleasantly surprised by the inside. Lots of character. Also bigger than expected from the outside. Our coffees tasted great and so did my daughter's bobba. The cinnamon roll could have been warmed up a bit longer but that's on me for not asking lol. Will be back!

We drove all over Holton trying to get something to eat...lobbies were closed, we sat in drive-thrus for 10 minutes with no help, they were out of food, etc.. HOTSPOT was the only place we found where we actually got good service, good food and a couple tasty drinks.
