I used to live in wichita haven't had it since I moved. Was super excited seeing they added one in Hays! Great coffee, and good service. Emily was the one who took our order. She was very nice.
Its a nice change from starbucks sometimes. But I don't understand the point in ordering off the app ahead of time if you still have to wait for your drink to be made at the drive thru. I usually go to starbucks, its quick since the drink is made when you order on the app. It takes about 2 minutes total to drive thru and grab your drink as opposed to awkwardly sitting there at the window waiting for your drink to be made.
The BEST customer service, staff is always so friendly and cheerful! Fast service, especially when using the App. Scooters also has a great community presence and provides much needed support to important local non-profits!
Kenzi at front window is god send definitely give her a raise and kudos on the overall consistency of this locations products

Having moved to KS recently and finding out that there is no Dunkin Donuts nearby our areas, we decided to stop by Scooters Coffee. I won't say it's bad but it just isn't what we're used to. Perhaps it will take some time to figure out how to order our coffee in a way that will have it made to our liking. We're willing to give them a few tries until then. The service was friendly.
Everyone I talk to are very polite. Their food I haven't had alot to try other than sharing their massive cookies with my kiddos. Cookies are great 👍

Best Scooters on the planet! Drinks are still meh… Not putting anyone down, just never ever had a good coffee at any Scooter’s, and today I realized it’s probably me.
The staff here was very nice and friendly. We received our order very quickly!!

I enjoy Scooters and I’m happy to have another coffee shop. However I have tried several of their drinks and I haven’t found one that’s been crave worthy. Their drinks are either too sweet or they’re just kinda meh. I like that the baristas are always friendly and they usually make my day a little happier, I just wish I liked their drinks more

i love the carmelishous iced espresso but i wish they would keep the espresso and sweetener ratio the same as the size gets bigger
Strawberry fruit n cream smoothie. Amazing service! High energy! Always appreciate the coupons that came in the mail! They gave 2 pup cups, one for my sons new puppy
Everything is really tasty and the staff is wonderful, I only wish there were more options for teas. We do enjoy getting coffee drinks from here though.
