Watched the guy dropping a bunch of coffee filters on filthy floor… looked at it for a second and then put it back on the shelf for future use… I was standing behind their backs and no one cared. Fine, whatever, I wasn’t going to review a place 1 star just for that. Then I got my regular black coffee and it was barely warm. I asked the same guy why isn’t hot at all and all I got back from him is “I don’t know, I can’t make it any warmer”… simply didn’t care. It’s a talent to earn a 1 star after 5 min of serving a customer. Good luck to the business owners.

While the coffee was good, on Sunday, Feb 12, I was way overcharged for a medium vanilla latte - over $7.00! Plus, service was extremely slow with no apologies.
I stopped here twice. My regular coffee was cold and not fresh.

Seems pretty expensive for a normal coffee shop, not sure why it was 8 dollars for an iced coffee from you, but Starbucks only charge 4~ for theirs. The cashier was pretty meek and hardly said a word to me while I was ordering, in fact he didn't even great me, just asked me what I was ordering.
Server playing with her long hair. , did not wash her hands. I got a small cup of coffee $3.24. Left and took a drink. Ice cold!!!
Amazing! We stopped on our road trip for a quick cup of coffee. The cold blend Carmel is yummy and smooth with great coffee flavor. And the hot campfire mocha was delicious and wonderfully hot on such a cold yet sunny day. 5star coffee!
Out of almost every breakfast sandwich, and doesn't open now until 7am!!!

This place is really nice! I went in to get my sister and I coffee tonight since we were traveling back home from a little weekend trip. Both of the employees working were really nice and it was nice to have a menu with a few different options. My sister has a gluten allergy and it’s nice to see at least a few options for her to have something to eat too. Both of our drinks were really good too. This is going to be a nice little stop on our road trips from now on. It’s nice to see a small town like Goodland, KS having a fun place like this to stop ☺️
All food pre-packaged. Nothing fresh. All the food options have cheese, eggs or meat on them. No plain bagels available. No option of a milk-alternative (no soy, oat, or almond milk options).
I was so excited to see a Caribou - till I ordered. No flavoring at all. Straight black coffee. Real disappointed
I love Caribou Coffee but at this new location I've had as many bad experiences as good experiences. I've gotten the wrong order, they've refused to make my coffee with coconut milk, and today they aren't even open and have a sign on the door that says they won't be in until 10:30. It's a coffee shop! People were coming in for morning coffee and no one was there! It's a truck stop, truck drivers park here and stop here because they know Caribou coffee from South Dakota and no one can get morning coffee. Locals were in and disappointed.
Great coffee. I got the dark roast, believing I could handle it, it was really a dark roast and oh so good. Hubs got an iced coffee and equally as good. Best coffee I have EVERY had away from home. Also the lemon poppyseed bread was AMAZING HANK! Thank you
