Everything is OK except the coffee drinks are only warm. Cold by the time I get home with it
This place is great and consistently provides fast, very friendly service with delicious drinks!!! Chloe seems very well organized and always smiling/helpful. Thank you for bringing Scooters to Colby. We will be visiting again! ✌️
Very disappointed my hot green tea matcha were cold and didn't have the extra flavoring I ordered. Received a phone call concerning my review and received a refund and an apology Awesome customer service 😃
Always great to see new businesses opening in our community. Staff was super friendly and my coffee came out quick and spot on for the details that I instructed the staff to follow. I will continue to support this local business!!!!

Thank you for your generous donation to our students for post prom! I also visited and purchased two of my own gift cards and a coffee. The service was kind, quick, and the coffee was good with a comparable to other coffee shops in price.
Not only have I loved every smoothie I have gotten, as I'm not a coffee drinker, but they have always been super friendly. I'm there weeekly if not twice a week, depending on my schedule. I called and for a Post Prom donation to our small school, and they went above and beyond for a new business in Colby. Scott and his team provided 65-$5 gift cards for all of our kids. When I presented them at our meeting all of our members were very thankful! So a huge thank you to Scott and his Colby staff for doing those for us!

Scooters baristas are always friendly and helpful. There is something on the menu for the whole family to enjoy.

If they mess up your order you just have to stick with what they give you, the lady at the window had told us she couldn't take back my coffee nor remake. Absolute no compensation for wrong orders is their new policy. Will no longer be a regular customer.
Update After the issue with the app, the owner called, to ask if there was anything he could do, the app itself gave me $6 for the birthday coupon so it resolved itself and since now I know there was nothing they could do on their side it was resolved anyway everything settled itself

The frozen Mocha I tried here is way better than Starbucks offering. Much more balanced flavor. Service was fast and friendly. I prefer supporting a local franchise like Scooters vs a corporate chain. I can't wait to try the food offerings. PS: My pup gives double paws up on the "Pup Cup"! It's his new favorite store!
