Love this place
I love this place. It's great to have a place in our small town to get great coffee, gifts and decor items. They saved me on some last minute Christmas presents this year and even wrapped them for me. The barista's are great, Stacey is so knowledgeable in that area and taught me quite a bit during a coffee tasting they had a few months ago.
Too much merchandise crowded in the store. I was trying to find a small gift with limited time. Way to confusing. Not sure I will go back. I returned to the Feathered Nest on Thursday 1-19-2023. Enjoyed our visit very much. Purchased products from the store & the coffee shop. Staff was friendly & helpful. I will most definitely return.
These custom coffee's be worth the stop!
A few days ago, I had the occasion to be in Belleville, Kansas, north almost to the Nebraska border. If I have ever been in Belleville, it was decades ago, and probably only driving through it. I was in town to see an old friend who was coming from upper Wisconsin to spend a few days in this area. We were meeting at The Feathered Nest, a home décor store with a fun coffee bar inside. I really enjoyed this place. The employees were welcoming, lots of coffee choices, and some pastry. I had a slice of apple pie that was dandy, and the coffee was hot and fresh. Nobody hurried us. The three of us talked and told stories for almost two hours. I bought some raspberry jam on the way out, a little thing to support the business. So this is a plug, a recommendation. If you're ever on the highway, and need a diversion, pop into The Feathered Nest, in Belleville, talk to the employees for a minute, tell them where you're from, use the restrooms, order your favorite coffee (dark roast, black, for me), maybe a scone, or piece of pie, cruise the displays, buy a thing or two for your friends, and then motor on. The best tasting coffee ever!
What a treasure, located in North Central Kansas!!! Belleville to be exact! Home Decor, wonderful flooring, pictures, kids room ideas, jewelry, unique handbags, super assortment of candles, and then the “coffee bar” with tables and chairs to enjoy a cup and devour a super scrumptious cookie! The best customer service EVER! Nothing like it anywhere! Hope to get back to attend the “Holiday Open House” October 20th, 21st and 22nd!

This place has the most fun and stylish merchandise. It's an inviting atmosphere with a lovely coffee bar. My favorite is the cold brew...black. Great place to stop and shop for your home and gifts.

Amazing coffee furniture and fragrances
Was in town for a work meeting & needed lunch before driving back to Lincoln, so we stopped here and were so impressed. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful-very fast & so friendly! The place was packed but they were quick to get us our food. I'll definitely be back & next time I'm driving through I'll make sure to allow myself more time to stop and shop while I'm there.

Maurits Cornelis Escher was quoted, "He who wonders discovers that this in itself is wonder." The Feathered Nest located in Downtown Belleville Kansas is exactly that. The outside is modern with a Cafe' Bistro meets antique book store type feel. Complete with awning, tables, chairs and a beautiful Eastern view in the morning. From the entrance one realizes the sheer size of the place is gargantuan. A welcoming smell of espresso, candles and smiling people overtakes the senses and immediately you are intrigued. A large "spotlight" area featuring many store highlights such as Home Decor, furniture jewelery, clothing and trinkets catch's the eye. A large espresso bar complete with scones, muffins and cookies can be seen. An interior design and consultation area are also visible. Everything from Lazy Boy Furniture(s) to Brighton Jewelery. One of the many Feathered Nest highlights are their unique artist items featuring things from the most palatable of tastes to the most unique of flavors. Another key feature of the Feathered Nest is that they change and add new items regularly which keeps it fresh and wanting more. Their excellent staff are knowledgeable, friendly and overall a "top notch" that holds the place together. Prices are what you would expect from an established business that aquires both brand name and distinctive items...overall reasonable to good. Blinds, carpet, jewelery, furniture, coffee, clothing and interior design...the Feathered Nest will have you covered. So "Wicker Up" and come "Down" to the Feathered Nest located in Belleville Kansas. Reviewers Side Note P.S. (RSNPS) Some of the best, if not close to the best coffees, frappe's and espresso this reviewer has delighted in trying.
