Love this place
The bearded barista guy charged me for a drink I didn't order. When I pointed out the mistake, he refused to refund me. I hope it was worth it... Edit: I did not ask for the whole order to be refunded, I just asked for the item I didn't order, one he misheard, to be refunded. The dialog was pretty short. He denied the refund for the unordered drink and continued cleaning the shelves. I didn't leave right away, I sat at the table for a few moments after getting denied the refund, watching him clean the shelves in the display case, debating wither or not I wanted to remain there, then decided to leave. I also emailed the owner a full 24 hours before posting this review and received no response. Dialog requires both participants willing to talk. I was willing, the other side was not. I do see the full order refund on my card but have no way to tell if it was made right after I left or after I posted this review. Regardless, at this point I would have appreciated an apology more than a full refund. It's not about the few dollars, it's about how I was treated. The fact that in response to this review you chose to demand I update the review rather than offer any kind of apology is telling.
Yummy biscotti!
We were in town visiting and stopped here for coffee. Very nice shop, loved the ambiance. Coffee and baked goods were really good. Service was great!

Had coffee and a cookie with a friend last week...we had a good visit and good food...nice to have a place like this in Washington.

As always, dining at Dodici's was not just having a meal but savoring a culinary and sensory experience. Delicious. Everything was exquisite from the bruschetta to the tuscan tomato soup and then from the ravioli to the strawberry dessert with fresh whipped cream. Wonderful service, beautiful atmosphere. Going to Dodici's is my pilgrimage to pleasure.
River and I love going up there for our coffee. We go almost daily and the staff is wonderful.
Only one of the staff knows how to make a good Cortado. Overall cozy local litte place. Great for meetings & hanging out.
It's so good my favorite thing is the pineapple coconut smoothie is the best and way more options

My favorite place to frequent when we're visiting from Seattle. The friendliest people, and such a wonderful atmosphere! Yummy coffee and delicious food.

My sister and her family live there in Washington and my wife and I travel to visit them a few times a year. Every time we go, this is the one and only place I have to go. The coffee is great, the service is better and it has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The have a great variety of other products to sell as well, knickknacks and such. We look forward to our next visit.
