Darling place with excellent local roastery coffee (Windmill Coffee from Ames). State Center is so lucky to have such a nice coffee shop in a small town!
Sandwiches, ice cream and lattes were all great!
We recommend highly the Rose Creamery. We met friends there and it was a quiet place to talk. The sandwiches were good and my friend said the salad was one of the best she has ever had. It is rare you can go to a local restaurant and the owner takes your order and serves you. We will go back.
Yummy stuff
Went on a snack date with kiddo, she got a free Sunday (superman ice cream with Carmel and cookie dough toppings) we shared the shake called the main squeeze (lemon tart with strawberry syrup? And little tart piece 🤤🤤🤤) then I had the honey bee late iced ( oat milk, Expresso and honey) thought 🤔 💭 about getting a second one... Well worth going!!!!!!!
Big fan of the coffee and the vibe here! We came up for the rose festival and service was fantastic. The baristas were super nice and efficient. The vibe inside was fantastic and super comfy as well. Highly recommend if you are in the are! Also highly recommend the sugar cookie latte.

Best coffee around! The owner knows her stuff and serves up great quality coffee and food. I've been into the Matcha lately, and always get the breakfast sandwich!

Excellent coffee and super service. Emma also has great cafe style breakfast and lunch options. She’s creative and updates her menu seasonally. I love the Mediterranean salad! So grateful to have her here!! She’s the ultimate hostess.
Did not expect this gem in state center Iowa. I was blown away, kid had a Sunday, and I had one of the best iced caramel mochas ever.

Wonderful quaint coffee shop in a nice location. They have all the great espresso drinks, ice cream, shakes, food, and dessert. Their breakfast burritos were amazing and the scones were addicting. The space is classy and inviting, with tables to sit and visit while enjoying a drink and food. We were there when it was a little busy, but the people here were super friendly and the wait was minimal. I highly recommend checking out Rose Creamery.

I went to Rose Creamery and I was not disappointed. Very nice owner that told us how and why she started her business. Plus, the cinnamon roll was AMAZING!!!!
10/10 the service was good, got my food fairly quick. But don't don't get me started on the Rose Queen Shake, IT WAS DELICIOUS !!!!!
The cutest little coffee shop. Great atmosphere, food, Icecream & of course coffee! Something here for everyone! Amazing, friendly service every time. The only downfall is you’ll want to go several times a day because it’s so hard to pick between breakfast, lunch or dessert!
