Came here on vaccination with my girlfriend. Wonderful food and even more wonderful service. This is what small town Iowa is all about. Come check em out for breakfast you won’t regret it
Good food.
Was awkward walking in first time not knowing it was seat yourself and everyone staring at the out of towners. However, it became better as the food was very good and delivered quickly and hot. Toast was definitely on point and some of the best I have had. Prices are reasonable. Is cash or check only so be prepared for that.

The best breakfast in town, and staffed by the friendliest people possible. Bring cash or check they don't accept cards. Well worth stopping in for good eats.

I love Sister's Cafe. Hands down best breakfast in the city, county, and state. The pancakes were bigger then a diner plates. Bacon are in beautiful ribbons of delicious of pork. My eggs and yours, done to your perfect request. I can't believe I haven't mention the fresh baked bread and the sticky rolls, OMG !! If you're not from Spencer get here to try Sister's Cafe. If you are from Spencer you don't know what you are missing if you haven't ate at Sister's.

The food i got was biscuits and gravy it was more like biscuits and off tasting soup. The service was ok but when you have to interrupt the waiters who are sitting with other customers chatting away with them its a little off putting.
