This morning my son wanted to go get donuts. We stopped in to a cashier who didn't acknowledge we where standing at the counter until 5 or more mins passed, she was to busy doing something in writing at the counter. We asked if they had donuts, she said they stop aerving donuts at 1030AM. Imagine that a Donut shop who doesn't serve nor have any donuts before 11am on a Saturday. She had an attitude and said there was only a one day old donut left, Again attitude. I asked for a manager, asked I could get sprinkles on the day old donut for my 5 year old and they said no..... as a reoccurring customer for business this will be my last time going here. Its not what you do, or what you say, its how you do it and how you say it. My family will go elsewhere.

Coffee was all syrup and the donuts were so soggy. Was really exited to try it I heard a couple good things about it but I was disappointed.

Never going back. We didn’t know we were going to jitters so we got coffee at Starbucks. We walked in with our coffee cups not thinking anything of it since we were getting our donuts to GO. The cashier said that next time we shouldn’t come in with coffee from another place and gave us a smirk. We were in there maybe 5 minutes. I guess no business is better than some business.

The donuts here are great. Coffee bar looked wonderful. I just do brewed. That was very good. Pretty good seating inside. Very busy with take out. Many dozens of donuts out the door. I can see how they have been in business for over 24 years.

Jitters was horrible. Wanted to get something other than donuts and coffee and waited in line only to find out the breakfast wraps are only egg based and they didn't have a cook to make anything. But there were 4 people working!!! So if you're looking for donuts and coffee it's probably great.

The homemade donuts might be the best we've eaten EVER!

It was very clean inside and in the parking area so that’s great. The gentleman that helped me was great but the cashier had a hurry up attitude and wasn’t as friendly as her counterpart.
