Cute little coffee shop with a cozy vibe and great desserts
Fabulous place to meet friends for coffee
The Coffee Shop is a perfect stop for delicious coffee or tea drinks in the area! Housed on the corner in downtown Milford, parking is easy. The shop is housed in part of the old H E Jacob's Department Store and offers charm and a full variety of breakfast and lunch menus with a range of prices. The jumbo muffins, pies, and pastries are homemade and delicious.
Can't say how glad I am to have this little establishment in Milford. So nice to have creative, home cooked options with a cozy cute atmosphere. Always pleased with anything I get: whether I'm getting food and drink to go, or staying for a little while.
My brother and I were visiting the area while working and selling our massage chairs at the Clay County Fair in Spencer. We stopped in every morning they were open for breakfast and coffee. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We had the grande burrito most mornings but mixed it up a couple days and had the English muffin or everything bagel breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was also outstanding, so many creative flavor options to choose from. You will not be disappointed with stopping here!
Average coffee house with above average coffee. Good selection of baked goods. Absolutely better than any chain. Buy local!

The Coffee Shop has is quaint and cozy with a friendly atmosphere and quality food and drinks. I stopped by several times on a family vacation to the area. The initial draw for me was the free WiFi, which I used to do some remote work and even a few Zoom meetings. (I used my headphones and didn’t get any complaints from anyone—fellow patrons or meeting members. And the Wifi signal strength was reliable.) My experience was so good I brought my 10-year-old nephew and 7-year-old daughter for fun. They enjoyed it too!
The raspberry turnover appeased just what I've been craving! I got a cappuccino with raspberry and toffee that was divine. Great ambiance...only thing missing is an outdoor seating area on a beautiful day like today! I love when cafes have ceramic mugs 😍😍😍
We always try to support local businesses wherever we travel so we had to stop in. The owner was very friendly & helpful, the food selection was great, and the coffee was amazing! Totally will be stopping back next time we're up this way.

Great paninis. Homemade everything. The potato salad was perfect. Brought home muffins for breakfast the next day, which were great. Wonderful breakfast and lunch spot in Milford!

Great food, great people, great experience! It's the great small town "place to be" for a good coffee drink, breakfast or lunch. But, their food is far from the typical small town experience with an owner that has a Las Vegas fine dining background, their menu is always changing and everything is GOOD!
