Great customer service and great coffee!
The coffee was awful. Artificially sweet with a burnt after taste. Maybe the food is better but the coffee is a hard pass.
I need to try more.
People are great.. We have to drive 80 miles round trip for this coffee.. always worth the drive and never disappoints... Thanks guys!
High priced
I ordered a coffee, sandwich and oatmeal. I checked the oatmeal before I left. It was very watery and I asked about the fruit that was supposed to be on it. There were four ladies working. What I assume was the manager, was sitting down eating and one was focused on her phone. Not a single person knew where the fruit was. I was handed a packet of crushed almonds (as if I wasn’t going to notice) just to get me out of their hair. Do not recommend.

Out of soy and the chai was watery and no flavor.
The espresso (in an americano) was super sour. The most sour/acidic espresso I've had. I threw it away. That's what my rating is based on but other notes: It's a drive through so don't expect seating. One employee was super pleasant, the other was not.
Ownership and management of this establishment are very unprofessional. Scooters supposedly has core values they expect their staff to follow, and will terminate if they don’t, yet they do not follow those values themselves. Would not recommend supporting this business.
Literally worst experience ever. The coffee and drinks are so bad. The person upfront was wearing a bright neon PINK shirt. Idk bro… wish we got a Starbucks instead
So fast! We had 8 ppl in our car and were served efficiently. The drinks were great and service super friendly.
We went with a whole mass of people and they got everything right, quickly and tasty.
The caramel muffin was fantastic, the coffee tasted pretty good, but I always get a double shot of espresso in my latte and it doesn't have ANY kick. It's pointless to me if I doesn't wake me up.

Original: I ordered a chai tea iced and they gave me milk, just milk. I can't give just 1 star because it's new and I feel bad, plus it was a little funny. However, I have two give only two because this isn't the first time an order was crazy. Updated: I appreciated when I went back, they fixed the order. I also appreciate that the company reached out and tried to fix the situation even though they didn't have too.
The coffee is good, all I get is an iced vanilla latte. But I know they don’t scan rewards correctly because I don’t earn smiles every time I go and I ask to scan all the time.
Very good coffees and highly recommend over starbucks
