Bad tasting chai lattes, I come all the time so I called and they told me I was crazy basically! My daughter and I both agreed they tasted like hot milk zero Chai-flavor at all!
Johnston Scooters is the best scooters! The young man who always works the windows makes the best small talk! Everyone is super kind and excellent service! I’ve never had my an order messed up!
Great pastries. But if you like black coffee, just go somewhere else. They're definitely catering to the "dessert coffee" crowd.
Big thanks to Scooters for sending me free coffee coupons in the mail. You’re right across the street from me, but I never stopped by until I decided to use your coupon. I’ve learned to make my own coffee, so I don’t frequent coffee shops like I did in my 20s, but Scooters is on my list of recommendations!
If you're in the area and looking for a coffee shop, avoid this one. Go down the street a bit further and use Twisted Bean. More pleasant experience all around. Order taking at this location is extremely rude and abrupt, if you ask questions the staff acts annoyed, at time of payment collection there was zero eye contact, not a hello or thank you or would you like your receipt, and to top it off you get to hear the staff's opinion of the next car in line.
Didn't taste as good as the 3 scooters I usually go to. Not even sure how they can taste different
we went through the drive-thru and the lady that was at the window was really really sweet and had a positive attitude really made our day!

Okay coffee. I got a latte, and I could tell the espresso wasn’t very strong. But it was a very good latte. Prices were all pretty reasonable.
I have always loved the convenience of Scooters drive through and enjoy being able to stop for coffee on my way to work. I haven’t loved the food options for breakfast but have never reviewed that part before, but after my visit this morning I decided it was time. We ordered our coffee (no complaints there - hot and prepared to our liking) but the ham and cheddar breakfast sandwiches were a hot mess… literally. I don’t know if they were left in the microwave too long or if it’s just the cheap cheese used - it had melted out into the bag and even after letting it cool was dripping off the sandwich. It was like cheez whiz consistency and by the time we were able to eat the sandwich there was not much left. When I am looking for breakfast with my coffee I won’t be stopping here, if I need a quick bite with coffee in the morning I don’t have time to make two stops. I will have to go up the street and sacrifice drive thru convenience to stop at the competition when I am looking for both.

Absolutely love this place. I love the iced chai latte it's the best one I've ever had no other coffee shop compares!! Amazing service and the workers are always super friendly.
First time trying Scooter's! I was impressed with their drink choices and unique flavor options. The barista was super friendly and had great local suggestions on things to check out.

I normally love this coffee place. But today, I was at the window, and saw the girl preparing my food rub her eyes and mouth, without washing them, and continue to prepare my food. It’s going to be a while before I can let myself go back.
