I had breakfast and a tailgater coffee. The place was awesome, warm and cozy!
Was doing some local shopping and a snack and coffee sounded really good-this was the place. Within walking distance of all their local shops on the downtown strip. Had a cookie and an Americana. Hit the spot! Friendly service and clean inside. Will definitely come back. They also serve sandwhiches too.
What can I say about Natural Grind.... I love the store! I love the seating. The owners are absolutely peachy! The coffee drinks are great and the breakfast food is amazballz. Gonna have to say it...way better than that chain store from Seattle by far. Besides they have much more than just coffee.

Typical coffe shop prices with decent baked goods and some Salads and sandwiches There is a strong "health shop" vibe with essential oils herbal "health" gummies and other products which I call suspect on when it comes to actual benefits mostly just a wase of money when it comes to thoes since they are quite useless other than house smelling good from the oils but ignoring that good rustic coffee shop with the food and drinks being quite good
This is your prime example of a hometown coffee shop! The espresso drinks are all I have tried, but they are honestly as good as you can find anywhere. Service, atmosphere, top notch. A perfect place to meet someone for a drink and conversation.
Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. I was recommended the Black Berry Oat Milk Latte and enjoyed it! My daughter and I shared the Avocado Toast with Eggs and Tomatoes. It has good flavor and the perfect crunch to the toast. 5/5! 😋
Gluten free and Celiac Safe options! The owner is mindful of food allergies and offers gluten free options (Muffins stored on the top shelf to prevent cross contamination) and delicious drink options. They are going to be expanding their Gluten Free options this summer and as a Celiac, I'm looking forward to Natural Grind being one of my favorite stops! My favorite is the Matcha Tea Latte with Coconut milk and sugar free vanilla. The coffee shop also has wonderful teas, cute bags and other gifts for you or your home. Such a great place for Grundy Center!

Out of all the garbage this town spews out, natural grind is the best. Only place I actually recommend.
I really enjoyed the fancy hot apple cider drink. They had a fun name for it. My wife like her drink as well. Nice atmosphere. Fun gift shop area. Friendly staff.
What a small town treasure! I've taken the 'road around' the center of this town on my way to Waverly (from DSM) for years and totally regret I never stopped until now. I won't be by-passing this from now on. Everything from the coffee & quiche, the gift shop and SERVICE was excellent. I can't wait for a reason to travel 'through' town again!
Love this coffee shop!! My husband and I always stop in on our way through town. Great tea selection and coffee too. They even have food items that cater to gluten free individuals (chicken salad on lettuce is delicious!). Owner and staff are always friendly and helpful!

Since I moved back home 26 years ago, this is the first time been to your small very nice place to eat! Brought my brother & his wife who were passing through from WI back to TX! Everyone enjoyed it! I'm sure I'll be back and/or suggest/bring them over! Thank you!
