Stopped today on my way to take my daughter to work. Drove up and made my order. There was one car in front of me that was already at the window. As we sat waiting, the girl at the window was chatting with girl in car. Finally she pulls away without an order. When I pulled to window my order wasn't ready! BIG SURPRISE! Thanks for wasting our time!!!
Drive up only on the side of a strip mall makes it a bit hard to find. Friendly service, good drinks, and the biggest pup-cups ever make it worth the trip.
Very good iced chai and good value compared to similar venues. Very polite staff. Drive thru only.
Nice quick friendly service. Good seasonal drinks. The iced latte I had was weak on coffee taste and strong on sweet syrup…. A little too sweet. Crushed ice was used rather than cubes.

Hands down my FAVORITE COFFEE PLACEEE!!! Y'all I've been a Starbucks addict ever since I got pregnant with my twins and it's a morning ritual.. now Sips is part of my morning ritual!! Luckily I moved to Eldridge so I don't have to make a drive.. BUT I WOULD!🥰♥️♥️
Always a line no matter what time of day. They make tasty and unique seasonal coffee drinks. Never disappoints.

It's really a shame that you guys can only have this being a drive-thru establishment. I've always wanted to check it out but my work van is too tall to come through the drive-thru.
Holy flavored creamer Batman! I ordered a Regular hazelnut ice coffee with almond milk. All I could taste is the super sweet hazelnut flavoring. The drink looked like creamer in a cup. Could not taste any coffee. Next time I will have to be more specific with my order. If you like your drinks sweet this is the place for you! The service was quick and friendly, no complaints there!

Coffee is good and staff is friendly. Prices are right where they should be. My kids love the Hot Chocolate freeze and it is awesome they have a small size for them.

Great drive through coffee spot. Their banana bread is delicious, and so is their coffee! The drive through is to the right, not the left, which threw me off initially as I drove around the building instead.
Nothing in your name on the map suggests you are drive through only. You can imagine we were disappointed when we walked over to go to what we thought was a coffee shop. I'm sure your coffee is fine, but please change the title to indicate that it's only a drive through.
