Helpful, friendly staff, quick service, and delicious coffee. The grab and go breakfast sandwiches are also great!

A nice small town coffee shop with a cozy vibe. Chai tea latte and cappuccino we got was good as well as the muffin and scone 😊

Great coffee but when we stopped I'm around 10:30am they only had 2 baked good left. Otherwise, great little cafe I'm Iowa.

Fantastic lattes, iced drinks, and coffee. This has become one of my favorite coffee shops / cafes in the area. The pastries are freshly made and always look amazing. Some of the best danishes I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Employees were nice. Half the stuff pictured on here wasn't even on their menu. All they had was a small selection of bakery items. Also wasn't a fan of the latte I had. Cute little atmosphere though.

Their coffee is one of the best in town and their food, while limited, is also rather good. Small venue and popular, so I recommend taking it to go. Wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly.

Great coffee shop. Good selection of drinks. A mix of bakery items. Cute atmosphere. Was in the area and thought I’d drop in and I am glad I did. #supportlocal

Some of the best pastries in town! I especially love the fun flavors in the muffins and scones. I highly recommend the tea lattes. If you don't do caffeine, ask for the vanilla rooibos latte. Great selection of non-dairy milks. Soups are usually ready a little after 10:30 if you need an early lunch.

One of the best local coffee shops, we always have a good experience there. Make sure to get out and support them during this pandemic because Dubuque will definitely suffer if it loses this coffee shop.

Jitterz is a down to earth, community oriented staple of the Dubuque experience. They serve the best coffee within a 50 mile radius (if you don’t count their roaster in Platteville—they are good too), the coffee is locally roasted, the baristas are skilled, and the owner is a kind-hearted, compassionate, bright and practical woman who takes coffee seriously. She also has a tasty menu that takes different dietary restrictions into consideration, and makes the best homemade scones this side of the Mississippi. Right now, she’s running the shop completely on her own because of the pandemic. I’m so impressed with her tenacity during this time, and for putting in the work to stick around when things have been so uncertain. I manage(d) café in Boulder Colorado that already went under last month because of pandemic conditions...and we had the University of Colorado at Boulder across the street. Anything less than a five star review for Jitterz is either dishonest or just dumb! Love you!!!

Jitterz coffee is the best in town and the scones are to die for! Centrally located in a beautiful building in downtown dbq. Parking is usually easy to find. Stop for coffee while going to the library, Riverlights Bookstore, or The Food Store down the street! The employees at Jitterz are always friendly, and down to earth. I love stopping here.

Best coffee in town! Best scones in town! Best service in town! I've been going to Jitterz as my preferred coffee shop for about 10 years now and I absolutely love their coffee - it is life giving - it is magical - it is delicious, and not too sweet if you get flavorings, and they have great milk alternatives (shout out to cashew milk)! and the staff always remembers who I am and my usual orders. They have great pastries too - I mean where else are you going to get flaky croissants and GF and dairy free and vegan muffins that are gourmet and made with love! I always look forward to coming here for my coffee because their products and service are worth it! Hence why their can be a wait or line during peak busy hours because everyone else thinks and knows so too! You can always call your order in ahead of time if you're running short on time. They also have incredible lunch options like soups and sandwiches, and other beverages like chai lattes and Italian sodas. My favorite summer drink if I don't want coffee is an orange and vanilla Italian soda - add cream for a Dreamsicle inspired refreshment! I can gush all day about this place! I'm so glad that it exists! Check it out for yourself!

As a former barista I have to say that Jitterz has the best espresso drinks in the area. They know how to pack a shot, steam the milk, and have the crema to prove it. If you're a espresso drink lover you know what I'm talking about.
