Ordered GLUTEN-FREE SPINACH, ARTICHOKE, EGG & PROVOLONE... RECEIVED FROZEN INSIDE!! Silly me to think corporate America might serve something of integrity... SAVE YOUR MONEY... BETTER TO STAY HUNGRY, THAN TO PATRONIZE CORPORATE GREED-
Last time they messed up my drank so I gave them another chance and even read to them what it was supposed to be and they still messed it up and gave me a iced drank which was not what I ordered never had a problem with them before but now there are just going downhill no wonder why they are closing. They couldn't even get my order right even after I read to them what was all supposed to be in it.
I purchased an iced mocha through the drive through. The person who took my order was very nice, however, the employee who brought my drink to the window was the person who made it. I questioned if it was the correct drink because it didn't look right. She said yes and closed the window right away. As I drove away ant tried it, it tasted like weak chocolate milk. I will not be back.
I recommend the nitro cold brew latte! Smooth and delicious!
Should have went to Panera. Ordered to go. Brought out on stay trays. Wanted toasted Bagels they weren't. Seems they put alot of effort into making sure every workers Pro Nouns were posted. That's about it.
Just came into this location with my daughter. Place was not busy, we were the only ones in line. We visibly saw two workers neither which acknowledged us. After waiting 10 minutes we left.
When they mess up your order they won’t fix the problem. Caribou is too expensive for them not to own up to their mistakes. Very disappointed.
I waited over 5 minutes before anyone noticed I was standing at the counter (no one going through the drive through either) and the chocolate chip cookie was as hard as a brick.

The bagel was amazing and the Iced tea was good. Kinda pricey but what you get is really good.
Dark coffee with tons of 2%milk Hiland valentine farm?
I ordered an iced coffee and everything bagel at the drive thru. The iced coffee was clearly not fresh (melted ice, old whipped cream), and received a blueberry bagel. I would’ve taken it back had I not been on my way out of town for a doctors appointment in iowa city. Will not visit again!
One of the best experiences I’ve had. The young lady that took our order offered her recommendations which I tried and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Thank you for the friendly atmosphere and smiles on everyone’s faces.

People are nice. Food is terrible and overpriced. Breakfast sandwiches were acceptable and I would get them daily until they changed policy and now are all pre-made and microwaved. Disgusting. Anyone knows you don’t microwave bagels. That’s just lazy business policy translating to a garbage product. How come in NY you can go into any busy deli and get a freshly made bagel sandwich made to order the way you like it for $6-7, but in Dubuque you get a pre-made sandwich microwaved and overpriced? Could you slice the bacon any thinner? Now you can’t even ask for extra bacon to make up for this stinginess. Their product is garbage. I hope this reads loud and clear to the owners. Maybe I’ll try it again in 6 months to see if they changed. I used to see lines in the morning, now I don’t see any lines. Good product= good business. Bad product=? I am actually trying to help.
Every time I come here, whoever is in the drive through always seems to be in a good mood and they are always super friendly. I have not been disappointed in my order a single time. I like to try different things but I love the cooler blended drinks! I normally always get a chocolate croissant because they are so yummy 🤤
