Food court set up...lots of seating. Had Norwegian tacos and totchas...delicious!
It pains me to give such a poor review, but here’s what happened… The waitress was lovely, but the food I was given to-go was missing the majority of the ingredients listed. I ordered the bbq chicken sliders and the salmon salad. The salad was missing the queso fresco, strawberries, and blueberries. It’s $17, which may have been worth it if half the ingredients weren’t missing. There was only one tiny slider without sauce or cheese. I asked about the side and they said no for some reason, yet charged me $11 for a singular, dry shredded chicken slider. I should have just made my own food, unfortunately.
I never post reviews but had to post this one. I waited an hour for two breakfast burritos. I understand understaffed crew(I'm a cook as well) but when I went up to ask how long food is going to be and i was told a half hour after already waiting 20 minutes. I watched three kids by the register leaning over the counter on their phones during this time doing absolutely nothing so not sure how understaffing is a problem when half the staff is not even doing anything. We received our food 50 minutes after ordering and it was so bland that we had to douse our burritos with hot sauce. Chorizo just tasted like bland sausage. Don't be open if you can't get food out in a timely manner or even have it seasoned. Won't be back.
We stopped in not once, but twice during our 2 day stay. The Totchos are a must as are the fish and salmon tacos. Round 2 we tried the smash burger and it didn't disappoint at all either! Fantastic and affordable find!!
DO NOT COME HERE. I waited AN HOUR for chicken strips and they just DIDN'T make my partner's lunch despite me checking on it twice. Absolutely ridiculous and you can do so much better.
We went three times but the last time I tried their slider sampler and the chicken bbq was cold freezer cold, burger was good and chicken sandwich was ok the cilantro sauce was not as good as I expected it. Their totes and French was were crispy and good. And it took them a very long time to just get a simple burger to my spouse so I had to really hit the on this evaluation. Prices are ok better when the food is right. But the other two time they were really good we had burgers the smash and the Hawaiian. We also tried the fish tacos and they were good. So next time we are in decorah Iowa we'll try them again.
Nice menu..food was ok..I'm the type just because the very 1st and only item I try somewhere didn't impress me, doesn't me I automatically dislike the restaurant, lol...I will go back a 2nd time..get a different menu item..THEN if not impressed, tha5s when I say "DONE"..But, wasn't that impressed I guess..we'll try again soon tho!:)
Delicious food every time we go there. The staff is always friendly, and we get a great portion for the money. I definitely recommend their fish tacos, and their Norwegian Tacos (made with Lefse)! Just yum!
